They voted for Obama for the free stuff. Now the free stuff isn’t happening. So they riot.
Today, the Electronic Benefits Transfer system (electronic food stamps debit card) went down in several states due to a computer glitch, and Obama voters are going nuts on Twitter, threatening mass rioting. This is free government money gone bad and exactly what’s wrong with our country.
According to WoodTV (NBC 8),
NBC News reports several states were affected by the glitch. The USDA released a statement saying:“EBT cards in a number of states have temporarily stopped working today due to a technical issue that the vendor that serves these states is experiencing. The vendor is working to fix this issue and EBT cards will work again once it is resolved. This issue is not related to the government shutdown.”

The thing that really torques me off is that all the food stamp groupies are getting a $100 bonus in their account to make up for today’s “inconvenience”. WE’RE PAYING FOR IT!!!

look, we all know the giveaways can’t last forever. they can’t continue to print a trillion a year. what we’re seeing is just a prelude, it could be a year, or five, but it will surely come.

Apparently, many of the EBT card users don’t understand that the benefit is to ‘supplement’ their food purchases. Instead, it seems they buy steaks, lobsters, alcoholic beverages, etc., rather than laying in some supplies of bulk rice and bulk beans. ....Don’t these folks have ANY cash to spend on food, or is that all spent on fast food joints? (rhetorical)

Alcohol may not be purchased using SNAP. A transaction of that sort would require a corrupt retailer scanning the wrong barcode or something like that. They wouldn’t get away with doing that for very long.
Social Security was supposed to be “supplemental” too.
