If his ‘punishment’ includes mysterious interruption of the EBT delivery system, they had damned well better be sure of the severity, dispersion and length of interruption.
One false calculation and he will have National EBT-driven riots that will feed upon itself and grow out of control. Why? Because the ones he’s messing with are addicted to it and they will not give it up without a massive fight that will more than likely be like spontaneous ignition in a gas storage facility.
I believe that is exactly what he is doing.
