That's about to happen now as word spreads that EBT cards are being declined. Expect to hear about starving people ... probably starting on the Sunday shows todays.
It's my observation that most of the EBT card users could last a long, long time off their fat reserves. On the other hand, shutting off the EBT cards might be just what Obama ordered to get the riots started--and the pretext for martial law in place.
