I wrote on another thread to you about this..but will again say SkyPiolet...the real problem is not the cuts...it's the distribution of what IS there and the Governments not being interested in getting the best deals for their dollar.

....As the old government guard WANTS everything to stay as it is..which wastes in the billions time and money. They do not want to change even when there are clear and easy ways to do so.

Additionally the Gov. workers have no incentive to do a good job at what they are assigned to do...my son battles them all the time...they do only what they have to and many not even that....he has to constantly put a fire under their butts! The reason is they pretty know their jobs are secure....and that's all they want...it doesn't matter to them if or not they excel at their work or not....and those who it does matter have to constantly battle with them]!
