I'll take the 9 year old boss over the current mentally 3 year old boss we have running the country who is having a 3 year old style temper tantrum.
Sounds like the reporter didn't visit any other parts of the country in order to discover that this is an average or above-average lavatory for that part of the world.

That sounds like my 76 years!!
I never belonged to unions but was signatory to 5 of them.
