So much for the left's "consenting adults" rhetoric on sex. Forever the consummate conservationists, our self-described "progressive" friends at the ACLU, MSNBC and elsewhere have been ramping-up efforts to downsize from "consenting adults" to merely "consenting" – a far less cumbersome qualifier in the noble struggle for unrestrained sexual license.
Tolerating "intergenerational romance" for "minor-attracted" adults is all the rage these days.

This country relented on child abuse when female teachers were given a pass on molesting students in their charge. The double standard is horrible.
I’m not aware that we as a nation relented nor that female teachers were given a pass nationally, especially the ones who now have prison records, or convictions and firings.

There’s plenty of studies out there that have conluded that homosexuals and pedophilia are linked but the gay population won’t hear any of it.
(1) Planned Parenthood & the pro-abortionists have long protected
(a) incest perps who seek abortions for their victims;
and (b) minors having sex & getting abortions beyond their parental knowledge/consent...many of these minors getting impregnated by adults ... & Planned Parenthood counselors have been "caught" telling minors there are ways they can still get abortions even when the "client" is telling them about situations involving adults
(2) The homosexual activist campaign has long targeted minor boys. This includes getting both municipalities & corporations to establish "sexual orientation" policies -- most of which fail to define "sexual orientation"...hence...pedophilia qualifies as "sexual orientation" as well.
Everything meant to destabilize, devalue , degrade, demean and eventually destroy the Judeo-Christain values and morals of American society, the heterosexual nuclear family of one woman and one man and the authority of men that the militant homosexual and Marxists loath with every breath is always done incrementally and in the guise of eradicating ‘’hate’’ and promoting ‘’tolerance’’ and ‘’diversity’’. And unfortunately anyone of us here would have to sadly admit that the left has done it’s job well. They have never given up once they began their ‘’long march through the institutions’’. One cannot now denounce homosexuality without being branded a ‘’bigot’’ , a ‘’homophobe’’ or a ‘’hater’’ I was thinking to myself today as I have been recently that since the new orthodoxy is in place there is fast becoming a reality that to denounce abhorrent and deviant behavior is to open one’s self to the real possibility of not only being verbally harassed but as is the case in Canada, finding one’s self standing in a court of law with the very real possibility of being put in jail. They will tell you strait up that in their minds age of consent laws are the same as being subject to Sharia Law.

The age of consent is a legal fiction. . . enacted by legislation to protect unprepared children from predatory adults. An act of a majority of Liberals in a legislature—who pride themselves on keeping their minds so open their brains fall out. . . SPLAT!—can lower that age of consent as low as they idiotically wish.
Biblically, thirteen was considered marrigable for both sexes. The Koran allowed girls as young as six to marry. . . leaving the choice of consummation up to their husbands. In the US, some states have set the age of consent as low as fourteen . . . what would it take to lower that? How many SPLATS among those of "open minds" to agree that maybe thirteen is OK, or twelve? These idiots are talking about it in their ivory towers.
That will probably be the key that they use to unlock this last door.
