Sen. Graham to Republicans: 'Face Reality That ObamaCare Cannot Be Stopped'
FOX News ^ | Oct 13, 2013 | FOX News Insider

Posted on 10/13/2013 4:32:59 PM PDT by Jim Robinson

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has called President Obama a “pathetic leader” for his lack of involvement in negotiations to end the government shutdown. He slammed the president’s unwillingness to compromise with Republicans as “immature.”

Today on America’s News HQ, Graham told anchor Doug McKelway, “For [Republicans] to suggest to the American people that we could defund ObamaCare or delay it for a year by shutting down the government, I think was unrealistic.”

With the debt limit just four days away, Sen. Graham said, “I’m not going to vote for any deal coming out of the Senate that doesn’t have a reasonable chance of getting a majority of House Republicans understanding that defunding and delaying ObamaCare is a bridge too far.”

What percentage of South Carolina Republican primary voters want to end ObamaCare. It’s obvious that they need to elect someone other than Grahamnesty to accomplish that goal.

Graham: Republicans need to surrender so I can get invited to the cool parties again!

Freakin bootlicker, happy to sell us out so he can enjoy the liberals table scraps.

Er.....Hollywood movies aren't real, friend. Sorry to burst that bubble.

So then the original post was pointless.

As was your cryptic response to it.

Senator Graham needs to face the reality that he is out-of-office next election.

We can stop it cold, dead in its tracks. Simply do not pass a bill in the House funding it.

Thanks!

“...Sorry, but NO entitlement, once begun, has been abolished...”

We’ll see. This is pretty much despised by 70% of the country.

“...No. KILL it before it can begin is the ONLY way....”

It’s already begun. And it’s a disaster.

But I prefer to remain optimistic. Things have changed.

Another a**hole RINO that thinks he can appear “above the fray” while taking a gutless position on the issue.

“...What does it say that the M1 is rubber?...”

It says “My Insurance Company is making sure that I’m not pointing a REAL, loaded M1 Garand at an actor, so that what happened to Brandon Lee during one of HIS movies doesn’t happen on MY set...” Or something pretty similar...

And as for “..Let’s face reality, the older one gets the less fight in you...”

Tell that to the WWII veterans who showed up at the WWII Memorial this past weekend... Hell, If my old man were still alive, he’d have been suited up, hooked up, and ready for a jump into DC out of a C47...

You’re NEVER too old to have fighting spirit - especially when you’re seeing all that you fought for being subverted by some little sock puppet butt-boy commie thug.

Sen. Graham and gutless RINOs like him had better damned well realize that people simply cannot afford this train wreck coming down the pike. They are standing by watching our healthcare system being systematically destroyed.

“Just based on how the Obamacare exchange rollout is going, I’d say Obamacare has an excellent chance of stopping itself, without any assistance from Republicans. Combine gross gov’t incompetence with a defiance of personal economic behavior, and you have, to quote Democrat Sen. Max Baucus, a “train wreck”.”

The only problem is it will be dealt with by calls from the left for Single-Payer.

Here’s how to take it: Avoiding 60 million dead is to be desired, if it is possible at this very, very late date.

But those die-hard believers don't make up the majority of primary voters. South Carolina holds open primaries, and voters can't register by party. This from the article about Graham's primary is the reason Tea Party groups need to get a couple of people to run in the Dem primary. Give the dems their own primary so they stay out of the Republican primary. And maybe a Tea Party Dem will win. Imagine the excitement fro the media if both the Republican and the Democrat Senate candidates are Tea Party folks. Win win for South Carolina.

Why can’t they get this simple point right? The constitution gives the House power of the purse. They have spoke and Harry Reid and Obama are ahuttng down the goverment and holding the House hostage to their funding demands. Sheesh.

” I’d say Obamacare has an excellent chance of stopping itself”

Only health care services to the people will stop. The tax increases, insurance increases, loss of doctors, and increase of healthcare ‘administrators’ and bureaucracy will all continue regardless of how many people are covered. The bureaucracy will still get the power and the money and “oops, the system doesn’t work too well due to computer glitches and political opponents gumming the works.

It can only be stopped NOW at startup funding before the ACA taxes and charges kick in. Once its up and running/not running it will have the only thing it needs to survive: control of the American people and their property.

Q1: What is the difference between Lindsey Graham and Vidkun Quisling?

A1: Quisling understood who he was working for.

.

Q2: What is the difference between Lindsey Graham and Marshall Philippe Petain, the head of Vichy France?

A2: Petain was once a bona fide war hero.
