Thanks to all for the prayers. It seems to hsve worked. For three days there has been debilitating pain and even yesterday afternoon it looked like I wouldn’t make work.
Then late yesterday the pain eased and I could walk with a walking stick. Couldn’t sleep much but I made it to work and just got home. Right into bed but am able to listen and feelling better.
Hahahaha...no one signed up at the Rooneyfest!
And what a wonderful event in DC! Great pics including the legless vet on a Segway taking a barrycade to the WH! Plus the pics of Sarah, Lee and Cruz. The only one missing was Alan West.
Oooo...just think if Sarah gets the nominationn and Lee gets the VP spott the bumper stickers would read Vote Sarrah Lee!

Prayers for Mr S! No time for back issues on his vacation week:)
The EBT card “glitch” (the NEW most used word!!!). Was in my suburban Mt. Walmart store, PA system was announcing “something” repeatively, by about the 4th time I “got” what they were saying. Found out that some extra WalMartians (employees—and I say it kindly, our WallyWorld stretches out along the horizon of a hilltop and when lit looks like the MotherShip has landed:)) were called in for extra hours to work both front end & recovery (placing buggy items back). I’m guessing NO “special” allowances were made—as in card doesn’t work, too bad. I saw no disturbances, but did note more management types at front end checkouts.
Of course I don’t believe this was a “glitch.” Practice run...when do the cards reload? Like the 19th? Two day after Barry gets his debt ceiling crash of the economy. Fun time ahead! And I do believe having food on hand (being prepped!) is a good idea for next weekend just in case.

I still hope she runs (at a minimum) for US Senate from Alaska. Then after the Cruz/Lee or Cruz/Gowdy (w/Dr. Ben Carson in charge of dismaning HHS & ObamaCare) terms she goes for President :) Gov Palin is NEEDED in US Senate!!!

A late good morning to all! I just got done cleaning up after last night. We had a wonderful Canuck Thanksgiving and family get-together! Did you know that there is a Canadian Black Friday? I never knew that! Heck, they have a month-long start on us on the Christmas shopping bargains!
Today we’re going to Smicksburg. Too wet to plant the garlic. I hope to get it done on Wednesday.
LOL!!! “Sarah Lee”! I love it! I’ll take Sarah in any case: President/VP/Senator/RNC Chair. She NEEDS to be involved. We have some REALLY GREAT Repubs in the lineup - Trey Gowdy, Mike Lee, Ted Cruz, Sarah Palin, Allen West, Doc Carson, and I’m sure more to come as the Tea Party numbers grow! There is HOPE for the future! Steady as she goes!

I like Sarah as head of the RNC because she has been through the fire, stayed true to her conservative values in the face of ridicule and isolation and has not wavered. It was disheartening to see the “men” of the GOP-e let her take the hits from the media and not once stand in her defense. Rick Lazio asserted himself to Hillary in a debate and the media had a meltdown. Anyway, I think she could effect formidable change as RNC chair, IMHO!!!
That sure was a mouthful of HERO’S you mentioned..what a great bunch...
I live not too far from there. Got to watch out for the horse poop..in DC too!!!
