Dramatic video shows a Brazilian biker being held up at gunpoint before an undercover cop shoots his attacker down so he can't escape.
The terrifying scene reportedly went down in Sao Paulo at 3 p.m. Saturday - caught on the victim's helmet cam - and starts with him driving his Honda Hornet down the street.

I love stories with happy endings..!
But proves we need more guns on the street to prevent crime.
I wish the robbery victim would have been armed, also!
Two warning shots...ha. “Warning: you do this, you may get shot and die.”
Haha. That was my thought as well, but ya take what ya get.
They are holding the World Cup in Brazil next summer. All those rich tourists. The robbers must be going through pre-season to prepare for the influx. I’m sure this criminal will tighten up his game once he gets out of the hospital/jail.
According to the video posting on Liveleak, the thief later died of his wounds. I wonder if they ever found his accomplice.

My father-in-law was a colonel in the Military Police and one brother-in-law was a sergeant. They don’t fool around and while there is corruption, it is much less rampant than in the municipal forces.
I very much want to move to my wife’s hometown but with strict gun control, I would be an un-armed American and that would be a magnet for trouble.
..most likely, his face was very clear in the vid, the cops down there know exactly who he is...
They must have Obamacare in Brazil, you can bleed out from a couple of crappy shots by the cop.
I hope it didn’t dent anything or bend the handlebars too bad.
Sent THAT cop to NYC!!
Civs require special permits in Brasil and they are rare. My last trip there, I asked a niece about an old boy friend I had met years before. She told me he was shot and killed during a robbery. What shocked me was the matter-of-fact way she told me. She then added that she too had a gun placed to her head on two occasions during robberies of the motor cycle shop where she worked. How people come to accept this is beyond me.
Brazil is great. Having spent many months there couple of years ago, besides the Brazilian Butts, it is Food Paradise and the Brazilians are super friendly.
Not all surprised several cops shot this thief. More than once I saw a car pulled over for what seemed routine traffic stop and both cops got out with guns drawn and pointed at the car. I asked my Brazil friend what was going on and he said “normal, as cops don’t know if stopped car may start shooting first”. Another time a gun battle was ongoing as we drove by on the street, no one but me seemed to give much notice.
Impossible in Brazil. As the old saying goes, “If you outlaw guns, only outlaws will have guns”.
Lucky for all the innocent bystanders, these cops could shoot better than most NYPD.
Thanks. That’s awesome. Wonder how long it took the ambulance to actually get there!
It is not safe to wear flip flops to drive a motorcycle
Wow. Bang, bang.
Oh, BTW, police and you are under arrest...
I also commend the shooting skills of the cop.
