Will Obamacare win a Darwin Award for the Democratic Party?
The Washington Times ^ | October 13, 2013 | By Charles Ortel

Obtaining health care is no laughing matter. Yet the only way to cope with practical implications of the Democrat-sponsored Affordable Care Act is comic relief.

Would Democrats rather commit political suicide than try to fix massive flaws in a bungled rollout of a mangled law?

Forget about delaying Obamacare for a year, perhaps we should delay it until Democrats can pass a critically scored sanity check.

A divisive law, that few read, and that a thin majority shoved down our throats deserves the date it will eventually get with the electoral version of “death panels”. It is a monstrosity which will sink its incoherent sponsors and those persistent, incurious acolytes who refuse to see the light.

A Government that cannot guard secrets, manage its own finances, or protect the Homeland demands that we divulge intimate details into a website that seems hopelessly out of repair. To what ends?

I’m just worried that no matter how bad it is, Democrats won’t be blamed.

They are not listening. Many of us will not be enslaved. The revolt is coming. It is the democrat party that is suicidal.

The major tenet of Socialism is “more pain for the many, less pain for the few”.

It would be, if the GOP weren’t so skilled at snatching DEFEAT from the JAWS OF VICTORY!!!

Not if Boehner and the rest of the Vichy can help it.

Apparently the company that developed the website also developed PRISM for the NSA.

If the GOP stands with Ted Cruz that won’t happen.

I was in two stores today, and other people, working types were talking loud and mad about how Obamacare was a big bad deal, and how their costs have gone up big time.
These are normally Democrat voters.

Nah, It will win other a Nobel Prize. The best we can hope for is his being awarded both.

It will be be, no matter what happens now. For all time, this pool of vomit is hung around their necks as “Obamacare”. A few hardcore ‘rats try to use the clumsy “Affordable Healthcare Act” term, but in the vernacular, it’s Obamacare.

Also, those least infomed-those “low info” voters-are going to be the ones experiencing the most frustration from it, which is only going to snowball. Even if The Thug Soetero actually gave a damn whether it works (which he doesn’t, his massive ego simply won’t allow him to admit that it’s too broke to fix, at least in any time frame to stop the groundswell of grumbling), it’s too late. Most can’t access it, the few who can are aghast at what they find, and when their accounts start being wiped out through identity theft, it’ll be all over but the crying.

ObamaCare is on life support right now. The only ones who can save it are the McCain RINOs.

It's going to be difficult for the obamamedia to blame this fiasco on republicans, since not a single republican voted for it but they'll manage to do it somehow.

Obamacare should win it, have the award retired, and then re-named for future winners as the Obomba Award ...

Four and half years of watching Obama in action leads to only one conclusion: Obama doesn’t care whether the health care he is pushing down the throats of Americans has anything good about it or whether it is worse than anything one can imagine. It’s simply another huge way to bankrupt the U.S. First was that mammoth legislation that was called a “jobs bill.” It, too, spent huge amounts of the U.S. Treasury and produced nothing, nada, absolutely nothing but the burning of tax payer money. His administration is out to bring the U.S. to economic catastrophe and they are succeeding, according to plan. That’s why he won’e compromise a bit. It’s about getting a chokehold on the pocketbooks of America and spilling out money from the national coffers to the point of bankrupting the nation. Health care is a means to his end. He doesn’t care a bit about health care.

When all that matters is winning and beating those nasty old Republicans, nothing else counts anyway. They’ll survive anything. After all, everybody gets their handouts and their Obamaphones.

Pathetic.
