Over the course of the week, the BizTimes editorial team attempted to log on to the website to learn more information about the new marketplaces. After running into several error messages on various attempts, we were eventually able to create an account, but were not able to fully log in to the online marketplace.
Stephanie Smiley, communications director for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), said that she said she did not know of a single Wisconsin resident who had been able to sign up for health insurance at healthcare.gov.
"So far, folks are getting caught up in the first stage of the application process," she said. "We've not heard from anybody across the state that has been able to get beyond the first stage

It was intended to fail, to speed the move to SINGLE PAYER.
I keep reading that and it may be true, however, after showing what complete idiots they are with obamacare how would they be able to justify expanding it even further to single payer? They are taking a huge hit in credibility even with the fools that supported this monstrosity.
They didn’t get single payer to start with because of so much opposition to it. Are you saying there will be less opposition after the complete failure of obamacare?
The train wreck is underway. That bump the media has felt is the wreckage coming at them.
The transition to single payer will be incremental and disguised as “fixes” to current problems.
They don’t worry about support, just control.
