When CNSNews.com asked Rep. John Fleming (R-La.) if he had read all of the 10,535 pages of final regulations published by the administration to implement Obamacare in the Federal Register, he said he had not and described them as incomprehensible.
Well, of course, I voted against [Obamacare], and I have not read all the rules and regulations, Fleming told CNSNews.com earlier this month at the Capitol.
Theyre extremely complex. An average person even with a law degree or a medical degree like me cant understand them, Fleming said. Theyre incomprehensible.
When asked if he was surprised by the large number of pages of regulations, Fleming said he thought the number would get bigger.

If you read a page a minute for 8 hours a day without stopping, it would take you 22 days.
It would be an 8th Amendment violation.

Is stand in front of a table stacked with the pages of this legislation in front, and of the pages of regulations behind it and explain
“On This table is the Affordable Care Act otherwise known as Obama Care. In front are the thousands of pages containing the bill. In the back are the thousands of pages of regulations enforcing it”
“I’m Opposed to passing legislation like this and so should you”
