TSA, DHS, FBI et al will never be proactive enough to stop these types of guerrilla actions. They are meant to overload and misdirect our bumblers keeping them constantly behind the curve on the real terrorism goals - to destroy our way of life. So, while these ploys don't really kill anyone, they certainly castrate our bumblers to the point of making them irrelevant. Job accomplished.
