While I have no sympathy for this POS, can't they just reinstate the gallows and make it quick?

Isn't capital punishment often times called “cruel and unusual”?

It should be like a guillotine, fast.

Every community should have its own gallows, and every year or two they should test it with one of their politicians.

I agree with your statement. The snap-the-neck style of hanging is quicker than what he went through. Also having someone wait for decades before execution is cruel and unusual.

I recall reading several years ago about a Chinese execution. While the defendant was listening to the verdict, there was a guard sitting behind him with a pistol at he base of his neck. As soon as the judge sentenced him to death, the guard pulled the trigger. The defendant never knew what happened which eliminates all cruelty.

Bet Holder and obama would love to get this type of justice going for their political enemies.
