The new law has not yet gone into effect:
I’m just amazed anyone in CA actually had a firearm and ammunition. How long did it take them to unlock it, unlock the ammo, load it, call for permission to fire, etc.?
The right decision no matter the breed of the dog, but especially one that is traditionally associated with fight training that makes them vicious.
I think every pitbull in the country hails from San Bernardino....
Knowing San Bernardino I can guarantee this dog was trained to act this way, whether for protection or game fighting. No one to blame here except the owners for not keeping a dangerous animal contained.
The shooter was not arrested for, among other things, discharging a firearm in public, displaying a firearm in public...? (/S)
People who think Pitbulls are good pets also think Islam is a Religion of Peace!
Nice work Officer.
