Discussing her new book, "Never Trust a Liberal Over Three - Especially a Republican," conservative firebrand Ann Coulter appeared on Sean Hannity's TV show Monday night to name and shame some of the individuals she believes are responsible for Republicans losing elections.
"This is not a party that seems overly concerned with winning elections," she said, later adding, "the problem is we have hucksters, shysters, people ripping off the Republican party for their own self-aggrandizement, for their own egos, to make money."
Coulter went on to name former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, Todd Akin, Liz Cheney and Mark Sanford who are not really looking out for the future of the GOP.

And I’m sure Ann’s dream lover, Mitt Romney, IS looking out for the future of the GOP. /sarc
That’s an odd list from where I am sitting. Did she mention McCain, Rove, and the rest of the limp-wristed republicans?
It will be interesting to see how this book sells...
Coulter has apparently reached the point of too much MEDICATION. She’s no longer in touch.
“And Im sure Anns dream lover, Mitt Romney, IS looking out for the future of the GOP. /sarc”
Don’t forget about her big love for Chris Christy too.
Her list is going to bite a few FReepers.
The trouble is, for the GOP, the list is a lot longer, and should include anyone who has been in business with anyone inside the beltway.
They, like their counterparts across the aisle, are more interested in their own sustenance and upkeep than they are about the rest of the nation outside the beltway.
Coulter, however, like several supposed expert commentators, lost credibility in the last presidential election cycle.
I’ll hand her Todd Akin and Mark “The Poet” Sanford but, Newt Gingrich and Liz Cheney bring ideas to the table that make sense and are not willing to go along to get along.
Deliberately threw 2010 Senate election
Colter has always been an idiot. I’ve never understood the love for that woman on Free Republic.
Made the mistake of clicking on the Blaze article and got two annoying pop-ups that shut down my browser.
One of the things I like about FR is just about the only conservative site that doesn’t run a ton of script and pop-up ads.
Her book is a FLOP and it launched 2 days ago!

You name Liz Cheney, Gingrich, Sanford and Akin (who's he?) in your article, loser names that are not exactly on everyone's front burner at the moment.
When you list Karl Rove and other Republicans-in-name that are on the tube night and day spreading poison, then I'll pay attention to what you're saying.
I don’t find Coulter relevant any more.
We supported Ann and now she is reaping the rewards of her backing
Romney! Enjoy your newly found non wealth and failure Ann!!! Truly
she was pimping Mitch McConnell on Beck’s show yesterday ...how great he was and a bunch of other BS ...she’s beyond obnoxious
My problem starts with the RNC Head named Priebus. This man sends me the same insulting letter attached to his 8th grade questionaire regularly. It is always money he wants for MY opinions. I think he needs to go. When you fail you fire the boss. He is the HMFIC.
I kind of like Liz Cheney. Liked her husband Darth, too.
My favorite Cheney story was when he was in the House, the Glock phenomenom was just beginning, and a bill was proposed to ban guns that didn’t have a certain minimum level of metal content, so airport screeners could be sure to detect them.
No matter that the Glock easily met that minimum level.
He voted against the bill, and defended his vote on 2nd Amendment grounds.
Mozilla Firefox and Ad Blocker Plus add on and no more pop ups.
What a dope. Her love affair with Mittens Romney helped sink the Repubs. Can’t she just shut up and go away?
I’m at work and have to go with the “approved” browser (an outdated version of IE).
“the problem is we have hucksters, shysters, people ripping off the Republican party for their own self-aggrandizement, for their own egos, to make money.”
She just described herself perfectly.
Ken Buck is coming back for a rematch in Colorado. The GOP-e and Rove try to get between us and our choice, woe be unto them.
The Blaze, Daily Caller and Washington Examiner websites often have some good articles, but their websites are evil.
Her “shyster” comment was about the consultant class, blaming them for soliciting running from those she deems “unelectable”. Her point is taken, but only up to a point and not beyond.
It’s not up to Coulter to say who is and isn’t electable. She slammed Christine O’Donnell - again. Blathering her lip service that she “loved” Christine O’Donnell and there were many states in which she could have won but Delaware wasn’t one of them, according to Coulter. This is where she proves she’s a RINO in her black heart (and lungs). The Delaware GOP nominated her - THEY wanted her regardless of the Rove Coulter hit jobs on her. And lest we forget, Coulter slams Gingrich as completely unelectable, and screams daily the virtues of first Christie (has anyone made her eat crow for that yet?) and then the Romney debacles. She even tried to mischararcterize the Reagan success in 1984 having carried these states due to his “pro life” stance. Uh, no Ann. Reagan was pro life but that’s not why he carried the nation in 1984. He was pro small government, pro America and pro AMERICAN exceptionalism, he was undeterred about taking on Democrats head on and believed in low taxes for everyone and NOT because government prospers because of it - his guide to lowering taxes was to benefit WE THE PEOPLE, not Uncle Sam’s coffers.
Everyone should just stop buying her books. Hopefully her lender will foreclose on her West Palm Beach pad :)
Mark Sanford kept Steven Colbert’s bitter little sister from Congress. But we should overlook that because of his affair, right?
Oh big deal, any Republican could have beaten that beotch.
Wasn’t Ann herself beating the “only Romney can win” drum every day?
If you’re looking for a problem with the GOP Ann, look in the mirror.
She's one of them.
Darn... I feel your pain! Hint... Mozilla will run off of a thumb drive.
Ann forget to mention herself and her undying love for Christie and the Romnulans. Just go away Ann and take Peggy Noonan, David Frum, and all the Weekly Standard and National Review clowns with you, please.
I liked her for the way that she went for the throats of Liberals. She was, and still is, completely unafraid. She enjoys going into the lion's den of campus speaking tours, in TV interviews and debates, among other things. She cuts through the politically correct Republican message and calls it like she sees it. Like most of us on FR, we call a liar a liar.
I just can't defend some of her actions lately! and I won't defend them.
I am SO over both Ann Coulter and Sean Hannity. I stopped watching Hannity recently when I finally grew weary of his practice of bringing “balance” by inviting liberal guests on who constantly talk over other guests along with conservative guests who are polite and allow themselves to be talked over.
And many of the “conservative” guests he brought were RINOs spending more time putting down conservatives and far less time putting down liberals.
It just became overwhelmingly annoying.
He's the idiot who ran against Clair McCaskill for the Missouri senate seat last year. He handed her the seat by claiming that a rape victim's body will naturally block pregnancy.
Of course that comment might have been taken out of context but it didn't matter once the national press and the Dems got done with him.
McCaskill should have lost that election but Akin won the (R) primary and she got her dream opponent. He had no business running, just like Christine McDonald in Deleware, I have no idea who selected and supported these morons in the first place.
I think Todd Akin is the guy who stuck his entire foot in his mouth, to the point where I had to listen the Dems run ads against him every 10 min. on the radio. In Illinois. /s
I heard her interviewed on Hannity and Beck yesterday, and she’s not making a lot of sense these days.
And if I hear her talk about “really smart people” again, I’m gonna slap her.
Once we accept her as entertainment diversion, it will be easier to cope with her lack of consistency and hyperbole.
For me it’s not just about his affair.
Guy is a weasel and stole, as far as I am concerned, from his people.
You don’t go “hiking on the appalchian trail, on the peoples dime.
That and a few other things and I can’t think of his accomplishments. mostly because I’m not from his state .
It’s OK that he’s a bastard just as long as he’s our bastard.
Would you elaborate?
that’s ......um.......real disturbing.
Call them out, get rid of them with the Democratic commies. The progressives have infiltrated the republican party.
However, ask the next 20 people you meet casually who Todd Akin is....and you'll get the entire point of my post, LOL.
