When I am looking for a think-tank, South Sudan is always on the top of my list!
Intelligence transcends race, religion and the color of one's skin.
The important element here is to integrate intelligence with what is good, what is just. And it is the poorest nations on Earth which critically need and deserve fine minds to create a better infrastructure for their children.
We must not allow ignorance and arrogance to add to the many challenges and suffering that nations such as South Sudan endure.
I would suggest that we should let them “have” Africa....it’s a total basketcase. Always has been, alwyas will be. And if the Chinese think that they are going to have a better outcome than anyone else who has been there before them they have taken leave of their senses. If the Chinese weer to “invade” Africa, then maybe they might have a chance at a reasonable return on their investment. Right now, without major structural changes, it is money down the drain.
