Hey, I got sued out of the blue last year. My family owns a big tract of land in N.Florida that is inherited from my grandmothers homestead inheritance. Someone, 2nd generation sold land in the middle of the inheritance to a scumbag that apparently has had a family feud with my family for a long time. I do not know him at all. Since I am the limited partnership trustee, he sued me and also one of my cousins to “take” property to build a road from the highway to his landlocked property so he could build a residential community. He knew it had no roads when he bought the property. We won, he lost. Beat the scumbags and life is good. Good luck to you and hope you win the BMW contest to win a BMW M6 in every color and chassis configuration!

Sounds like a great time to make him a very low ball offer since his only access to the property is by air.

Happened to be at the BMW/Audi dealership in Bend yesterday. Snowflake tires for the wife’s X-1, blah, blah, blah. Was looking at a black Audi A-5 convertible - 67K - beautiful car and thought of you. (those things just come in a soft top?) I really like the BMW Z-4’s; twas a toss-up btn one and the 335 this S[ring but got a better deal on the ‘335. . Desires are always for a bigger fish, faster or newer car, bigger house/boat/handgun, etc. Good thing wants and needs are part of the equation along with contentment. Ok, where do I enter the BMW M-6 contest???

I read this article on Todd Parrott and Richard Petty Motorsports. Here is an excerpt and a link; something I didn’t know about RPM.

“The No. 43 car at RPM has never participated in any NASCAR programs affiliated with alcohol, dating back to seven-time champion Richard Petty’s days as a driver. Petty’s mother made the request, since she was against alcohol and banned substance. As a result, the car doesn’t participate in beer-sponsored contingency programs and didn’t run in the exhibition opening race of Daytona Speedweeks when it was sponsored by Budweiser. The No. 43 also does not participate in the Coors Lite pole award program in NASCAR.”
