For myself, every time I read an article about health costs rising, doctors leaving practice, long waiting lines, screwed up web sites, identities stolen by navigators, etc., I will think of the courage Ted Cruz and Mike Lee had to stand up and say: "The Emperor has no clothes." With a little help from us, others will as well. A simple means to make this point will be to just say: "Cruz was right."

In addition, my disgust with the media has reached new heights. Nothing but propaganda; even liberals are starting to see this.

Oh, so when the GOPe foist another rino up for prez you're gonna remember how house repubs caused a meaningless shutdown only allowed to last two weeks accomplishing absolutely nothing!?

When are people gonna wake up? Republicans are useless. They are run by rino's. Nothing is going to change until that changes.

I like to think in military metaphors. There are losses that set the stage for greater victories by their courage, persistence, and by the losses---buth real and psychological---on the enemy.

Think Alamo (making San Jacinto possible), Isandlwana (making both Rorke's Drift and Ulundi possible), and Thermoalae (making Platea possible). Often the longer run (or even shorter run) results are hard to predict.

Sorry but it won’t be remembered by enough to make a difference AND it will lead to another worse agreement in January and February. The Reps will take another foolish stand on shifting ground. In the meantime immigration is going to sail through now that Obama and Reid have the momentum.
