Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush said Thursday that Republicans need to craft a positive agenda and can’t just rail against Washington, D.C.

“We have to have an agenda, we just can’t be against what’s in front of Washington, D.C.,” Bush said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” on Thursday.

-snip-

Taking one last dig at lawmakers on the Hill, Bush called on them to pass immigration reform and hoped it would set a precedent of lawmaking.

So what would Bush put on the agenda? Hell everyone knows the GOP should have an agenda. The problem is they don’t agree what to put on it. Two things for sure won’t be on it, and will doom them, is be to restore the exported job economy and end our role as world policeman.

Precisely- I would like to know just where the areas of disagreement are between the Leftie Dems & the Leftie RINOs. The ‘Pubs are dead - they want to act as DemLites, so No more $$$$$ for any of them -send your contributions directly to the man/woman with proven integrity (i.e., words & actions match). Third party will NOT work. If you run as a 3rd party candidate for Senate or HR, then you will have to caucus with the Repubs who will shut you out of any committees. Is that so bad? Don’t know. In the end, all that counts is your vote up or down on bad laws. Does this country really need any more laws? What we need is to dump about 90% of the crap that comes out of Congress.

Romney, Bush, McCain, McConnell, Boehner.

are to the LEFT of Juan Williams.

You said it. And, most definitely you’re looking at the RNC’s next nominee, who is triangulating right along with Hillary, fighting for 1% above 50, in the Great Battle of ‘16.

We’re going continental now, according to any globalist you hear. It’s a matter of us dying off, and being replaced with socialists from down Mexico way.

Our offspring are buried in Marxist education camps and wall to wall “activities”, for entertainment, and we Anglos have contracepted ourselves into future extinction.

Raising hell now has some signs of last gasp, but gasp we shall.

This is the ruling class oligarchy's big push to finally wipe out the American middle class's political power. If successful the ruling class will be above the law and the USA will effectively be another Mexico.

The rats have the GOP divided and they are going for the throat. Things are not looking good for conservatives.

The Bush women are notoriously lazy, and need lots of servants to wait on them.

And .. since Jeb can only find face time on MSNBC, what does that tell you about him ..??

Spineless.

I would never vote for him to be President. He swings way to far to the left for me. In fact, I just personally don’t like him.

Zactly.

What happens to us when Cruz has to address the interests of, and make inroads with, broader demographics?

The South as a stronghold is now swarming with Hispanics and increasingly liberal corporate business interests.

Frankly, I’m interested in hearing a game plan addressing these hottest domestic issues and concerned how we rowdies will react when our guy has to take the curves ahead.

Same ole question that has been circulating for years:

Should conservatives abandon the GOP or reform it?

==

After a decade of the same ole crap coming from the GOP leadership, I don’t see any hope for reform. Even the ‘tea party’ Republicans who went to Washington are folding and giving into the Old Guard.

Most of the time, it is impossible to determine any difference between Democrats and Republicans, except that Republicans tend to go at a bit slower pace. They are still pushing the same issue the rest of American has been opposing for years.

As Glen Beck says: They are different sides of the same coin.

A major plank of the Tea Party platform actually came from Jesse Jackson:

I don’t see any hope for reform.

I agree with you.

I'd like to see a NEW PARTY.

It wouldn't necessarily be a THIRD party because we currently only have ONE party made up of the Dems and Repubs.

Dear Governor Bush,

So you are all for “immigration reform” that includes legal status of illegal immigrants. As a resident of Florida and a natural born citizen of this country, I ask you sir:

What do I get? What’s in it for me? How can all this benefit me?

It's all theater. Cruz has taken his black/white hat job seriously. Be interesting to watch how far Heidi goes in Goldman Sachs.
