Why is Taxeschusettes not on the list?
BTW, I notice the libtard states are paying less by making us subsidize their welfare states.

So, how do we feel about Crispy Creme allowing an election to fill the Laut’s Senate seat, now that we know the results?
I understand that this was one option, with another being to appoint a Senator until the next regular election to serve.
Is this the result in Jersey that that lovable little creme-filled crepe wanted? I think it is.
Look at all the good will he will garner from the left in his efforts to remain in power and to tease about running for the Socialist-in-Chief. He’s so fair, he’s willing to sacrifice the Senate seat in Jersey! More importantly, thank God he did not appoint a Tea Partier to the Seat!

Yep, sure enough predictable House RINO’s would team with Democrats as the media gleed the Senate Deal rose.
Reid and McConnell should have been laughed at for making a deal among themselves without the House. Boehner allowed the deal to pass.

VDH was on Greg Garrison prog yesterday [hr 3]
http://www.wibc.com/podcasts/Episodes.aspx?PID=2233
His points:
“Things done that would reduce the deficit:
We have sequestration
We raised inc tax on the top bracket
We end war in Iraq
We’re pulling out of Afghanistan
Interest rates that service the debt are at all-time lows
We are paying same amount of debt service we did in 1996 when the deficit was 1/3 the size because of interest rate
With all of that we are still borrowing $600 bil a year, maybe more-— with no foreign wars, with sequestration, with cheap interest rates, with inc tax hikes.
To deal with that, you are going to have to risk being hated.”

Do you have the numbers on the debt being cut inhalf under Obama
There is NO WAY the debt will be cut in half any time soon. And any legislation that DOES cut the debt in half, in theory, will be undermined soon enough.
We will be at $18 TRILLION in debt by the next debt ceiling crisis....and what did Congress do yesterday? They gave the TREASURY DEPARTMENT special powers in case Congress cannot come to a resolution in time.

The media’s explanation for why the financial markets rise and fall isn’t fitting their Pro-Democrat narrative.

Sad to say, after years of looking forward to Rush, I find I have to take a break. He is just too stuck on telling us over and over (replete with soundbites) how bad things are and getting worse. I am the executive director of the Conservative Party in my area. I deal in my own political ‘realville’ here. We plot daily to do in the Liberal opposition at the Town and County level. Why Rush cannot offer more encouragement and strategic advise is beyond me. But he doesn’t and I find it discouraging now to listen to him.

What advice would you offer, were you the host?
We can learn from you.
I hope that your own congress critters had enough sense to not "leave any money on the table" during the grabbing of bribes...

The article he is reading is pointing out that
“Republican ideological influence is increasing.”
I also heard this mentioned on another program yesterday. They said “especially in the East.” (they didn’t name a source.)
If true, that’s certainly encouraging. Are you seeing the same?

I agree on this statement. He is very good on discussing philosophy, but not so much on the strategic advise. He talks about news that has happened but is not all that focused on what to do in the FUTURE to stop all of this.

Dittos to your comments.
And here we go again . . .
Yesterday, Rush was decrying the historical insignificance of the republican party ( which may or may not be the case ).
But today he is Pollyanna Rush. As if yesterday never happened. He does this every time he (we) have a crushing defeat. Limbaugh merrily whistles his way through the graveyard and ruins around him. It’s totally phony and it nauseates me.

Betrayed, but what's new. If its not the Democrats calling us terrorists, or the media calling us racists, or W calling us vigilantes, we can always rely on some Republican politician like Crispy to give us another setback to overcome when it was in his full control to ADVANCE HIS PARTY (Republican) IF THAT IS WHAT HE REALLY WANTED TO DO!
