With apologies to Humblegunner, I put this debate on a lib show for anyone interested....we debate shutdown and Obama Care pretty hard. David Pakman was professional and polite, unlike some liberal shows I've been on.... If you are bothered by self post, feel free not to link. I understand and respect your decision....

I’m one of HG’s wingmen and I’m okay with the post.
Have to run but, always nice to see a face with a FR moniker.

Liberals are opposed to individual liberty as defined in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. The only real issue they have with chattel slavery in America two hundred years ago is that the slaves were privately owned.
They are all orgasmic over the idea of slavery to the state.
Democrats never pass up on opportunity to tell us why slavery by the state is for our own protection and our own safety, because life under the anarchy that conservatives want to impose is just too risky and dangerous. We can't have any of that inhumane"on-your-own economics" that conservatives advocate.
Thereby proving that you no longer have to be black to be an Uncle Tom.

Boy, the interviewer is very contentious and shades his side of the argument.
Robert’s did re-define the APA.

Boy, the interviewer is very contentious and shades his side of the argument. They all shade....except...compared to most of these liberals that I've debated, David Pakman was far less contentious than the norm....... I had an hour pitbull tussle with a doctor named Mike Newcomb on the Thom Hartmann Radio show last week....ten times more contentious.....and even more "shade." He was absurd.

The interviewer kept interrupting(very common tactic) to take you off tac, thought and full explanation of your position.

The interviewer kept interrupting(very common tactic) to take you off tac, thought and full explanation of your position. Indeed - they know when they're about to get buried by logic....and they definitely try and interrupt that flow before they go underwater.....

At least he didn’t go shrill and call you a racist, a homophobe and a misogynist.
The only thing they haven’t gotten around to calling us and this from some close friends; is a pedophile, murderer and rapist.
Though when they figure how to wend that into their remarkably fallow intellect, as they lose the discussion on premise or merits and make it personal, I won’t be surprised.

ObamaCare is involuntary servitude, but Justice John Roberts did not care to think about that, when he made law from thin air, by placing ObamaCare within the income tax code, effectively Amending our Constitution by single-handed-ly repealing the “involuntary servitude” tidbit.
To wit: John Roberts made involuntary servitude to be “settled law” in the minds of all left-dom and left-dom’s many judges and law school “professors” who are all, so lost in extra-Constitutional space.

Nice work.
You can also cite Plessy v Ferguson (separate but equal) was also the law for 40+ years, until Brown v Board of Education.
or Prohibition.
