The American people really do deserve a presidential address on ObamaCare. No, not as punishment for re-electing him, or at least not mainly for that purpose. Rather, because 2½ weeks after the launch of the "exchanges" that are supposed to be ObamaCare's operational centerpiece, it is clear to almost everyone that they are an administrative disaster. In this crisis, there is an opportunity: to recognize an impending economic and humanitarian disaster, and to act in time to avert or at least minimize it.
That requires a willingness to face reality and a capacity for leadership. So far Obama has shown little evidence of either.
If we can't be sure of the magnitude or details of the disaster that is ObamaCare, it is in substantial part because the administration is stonewalling.
This disastrous law was a product of Obama's willfulness. It is up to him to account for its results, and to devise a plan to minimize the damage. So far there is no indication he is even making an effort.

Obama should do THIS by “Executive Order” -— Trust me Conservatives, we do NOT want Congress to “act” on this, as the entire legality of tax credits on the Federal Exchanges, is currently before the Courts.
There are paper applications available for all Obamacare plans, but those who use old fashioned paper applications will not, currently, qualify for the tax credit or subsidy.
Obama probably WON'T do this until the last minute, as his ego is too big. (And nobody had the guts to wake Hitler up during Normandy, as I recall. I doubt anyone has the guts to suggest this option to Obama, just yet.)
