The Affordable Care Act's botched rollout has stunned its media cheering section, and it even seems to have surprised the law's architects. The problems run much deeper than even critics expected, and whatever federal officials, White House aides and outside contractors are doing to fix them isn't working. But who knows?
Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is even refusing to testify before the House Energy and Commerce Committee in a hearing this coming Thursday. HHS claims she has scheduling conflicts, but we hope she isn't in the White House catacomb under interrogation by Valerie Jarrett about her department's incompetence.
More disclosure might also help HHS preserve a scrap of credibility, given that none of its initial explanations has held up. Right now, no one trusts a word that emerges from Fortress ObamaCare.

Read a take the other day on why she is safe (I believe it was James Taranto): If she resigns or is fired, that opens up Congressional hearings for her replacement, which would result in some ugly exposure for 0bamacare.
Ha. Most Americans will care as much about this as Benghazi. The administration will continue to obfuscate and America will go back to watching the game and the Kardashians. They won’t notice until their tax refund is withheld. Ho hum.

Actually there's little chance she would return anyway. Word is she was a carpetbagger from Ohio who couldn't wait to escape KS and get back to "civilization". I could be wrong but I don't believe she's been back even to visit since '08.
Not the first time, either. DHS, Fast and Furious, NSA, IRS, tens of millions of dollars missing from a DOJ “slush fund.” BENGHAZI...Not one subpoena issued. Key witnesses allowed to testify without being sworn in. One agency administrator caught lying to congress. Another allowed to invoke protection under the Fifth amendment, when it was only an administrative inquiry. Nobody’s done a thing.

This lends validity to the theory that the 0bamacare website is MEANT not to work so everyone will be asking for a more streamline SINGLE PAYER system where all health care employees work DIRECTLY for the government.
They couldn’t get single payer through a Dem controlled house, but they will have no problem now after Americans have seen how government control of HC operates and a Repub controlled House?
Sorry I think your logic is a little flawed.
The Dems passed this with the thought that they would control the house forever and move to SP once everyone was hooked on this great program. They never expected HC to be so unpopular. They believed if they could just get it passed people would love it. Huge miscalculation and now they are beginning to panic. As for Obama, he had nothing to do with The ACA. This is the Dems wet dream, written years ago and stuffed in someone’s drawer waiting for the chance to unleash it. I heard from a true, actual communist agitator that obamacare is actually a republican plan. Basically our complaints are based on our own plan.
He telegraphed the next play, obviously blame the republicans and promote the true democrat solution: single payer as introduced by president Hillary.
These people believe this. It was truly amazing to witness the frightening departure from reality.
