He was found not guilty of setting fire to the Penny Flats building. Either CO has weird arson laws or that jury is as incompetent as the enemedia that's trying to support this scum.
Hopefully he gets the max but I won't hold my breath.

Benjamin Gilmore was found guilty Friday of arson, burglary and criminal mischief .. but acquitted of attempted murder.
This was the second trial for Gilmore. The first was a mistrial after the jury said they were split on the charges.
