There was once another Austrian who moved to another country and became their leader, didn’t turn out too well.

He is ready to file legal paperwork to challenge the rules.

What paperwork could that possibly be? The only way to change the "rules" is with a Constitutional amendment.

Just what we would need: another liberal Republican Republican presidential candidate. And a womanizer to boot.
We already had one of those in the White House. No thanks.

Is that the same Stephen Stills who sang with Crosby? Crosby is well known to have provided ‘courtesy sperm’ to a few of his lesbian friends who wanted children. Hey, the ‘Moms’ promised not to sue for child support, so it can’t be all bad. Bragging rights of music lineage, but no royalties ,yet.

And this was the very question, no doubt posed to Marie, in similar circumstances:

If both the president and VP die then the House speaker takes over the presidency. What if that person isn’t a natural born citizen? Can they still take over the office and if so, can they be re-elected?

"Rules? Who needs stinking rules? A Kenyan got elected POTUS."

True dat, but in that specific case, a groundwork of uncertainty was available to sustain the idea that he might actually have been born here. There is no such possibility with the Arnold-ator.....everyone knows where HE was born, and when.

Think about this:
We conservatives have been talking about states rights & the 10th amendment for over a decade.
Any Constitutional convention called puts every/any single thing on the table.
And the states vote, not the federals. Put together a good number of blue states and its over for unlimited federal dominance over the states
Of course there is a flip side... But I’m in favor of the challenge
