Last weekend, at a dusty race car track in that part of New Jersey where lacrosse fields slowly give way to farmland before the landscape seems to stop altogether, Sarah Palin rallied a couple of thousand partisans on behalf of Steve Lonegan, a longshot, Tea Party-fueled candidate for the U.S. Senate. Using terms like "dusty race car track" and " that part of NJ where lacrosse fields slowly give way to farmland before the landscape seems to stop altogether", author David Freelander tries to minimize the appeal of Levin, Palin and Lonegan.
Meanwhile the reality is that unabashed conservative Seve Lonegan, without the help of his own party, who spent very little money on his campaign and who was trashed incessantly by the media, received 44.5% of the vote in what has been deep blue NJ.
Author David Freelander is scared.

Might as well hang a sign around his neck that says “Kick my ass, please.”

Interesting, that leftist types regard Rachel Maddow, Ed Schulz, Lawrence O’Donnell, Chris Mathews, etc. as household words. Yet they have no idea who Mark Levin is??? Really??? These leftists would probably be shocked if we said we don’t know who Rachel Maddow is.
Even if you don’t care for his style or his views, it does seem odd that people don’t know who he is. He has written a few New York Times best selling books. Yet these liberals honestly have no clue who he is???

"The crowd, almost entirely white, in ill-fitting jeans and sweatshirts,"
Kinda like all of the O-bots you see at most coffee shops.

Very good article. This guy doesn’t doubt his sincerity or his influence.
Maybe the left will wake up and start noticing these ideas. I know more than a few people who, once they started looking into things, realized a thing or two.
More articles like this will help.

Ah, yes. Rural New Jersey. So close to Manhattan and yet so far. And oh, those disgusting peasants that inhabit that place. /sarc

Levin is the best-kept secret on talk radio. Smart as heck, not flashy, and doesn’t hold back. He has real appeal to blue-collar Reagan Dems who now see how much O has really screwed them.
In the next year he will likely be a household name everywhere.

Funny that she's “washed-up, a has-been, quitter, Caribou Barbie, chillbilly, nonsensical, spouting gibberish” yet here they are, five years on, covering her every move and utterance as if she were a president, prime minister or some other lofty government functionary, yet she's held no office of any kind for nearly half a decade. Yes, she has a contract with Fox News, but so do Mike Huckabee and a lot of other people that nobody follows around and report on.

Plus, Sarah is one of the few people in the world who can make a post on her Facebook page...and make the Earth move.
Hardly the stuff of "irrelevance"...

Boy, the left certainly gets all puritanical when the beauteous babe, the Divine Sarah, shows up in her low cut red blouse or tight-fitting tee. Take it to ‘em, Sarah, those metrosexuals are so afraid of a sexy conservative!
