Crony Crapitalists at work.
Yes exactly.
how the hell could this dope be in the lead in the polls in VA, ?
I’d expect NY or MA but VA!!! Has the state turned that much to the left now?
Northern Virginia is mostly gov’t workers and gov’t contractors. They vote solidly for more boodle. Hence, McAuliffe will win VA. He is for cronyism and boodle galore and will rob the state blind.
Doubt she will dare show her Marxist face downstate......maybe downtown Richmond, Tidewater.
She knows she’s not welcome here.
Karl Rove and the RINOs want the crooked ass McAuliffe to win. They despise real conservatives and Rove’s political action committee has not given a cent to Cuccinelli.
Old 60s hippies coming together to bull**** the burned out low I.Q./low information types.
Its the money. We’ve been outspent. Most of the polling is making some bad assumptions about off year turn out so some solace can be taken there and McAuliffs negatives are being pushed upward we just need to hit him harder. I went out door knocking today and most I encountered were voting straight GOP but there were a handful of undecideds. We just need more money and volunteers for this home stretch. McAuliffe has a way of underperforming his polls as does Ken overperforming but I don’t want to count on that. We have two weeks.
I posted an article that explains a lot, which side the press is on in this race. Unbelievable that the media refuses to post negative stories about their guys.
AP's Lewis suspended after McAuliffe flub
Also:
That very well may be true. The problem is that the Democrats have the money game down. Its one of the things that hurt Lonegan in NJ. If he’d had $ parity he may have beaten Booker.
Virginia isn’t NJ (yet). We can’t count on Karl Rove to bail us out in any case. We want conservatives we are going to have to give them the $ and volunteer the hours to make sure they win.
Actually the wapo hasn’t been as bad as it has been in the past. Some really negative stories did make it through but McAuliffe has the ability to literally saturate the airwaves though he has taken hits. The latest poll has tightened and there are two keys to winning Nov 5th. Running up McAuliffes negatives and rallying the base to the polls. Ken tried to run a low key above board race and it hasn’t worked.
Democrats also have the fraud machine down pat and no one ever calls them on it. Romney (as bad as he was) was leading Obozo in Virginia and Florida up to election day and Obozo “won” both states going away. There were stories of voter fraud all over both states, BIG TIME, but Romney rolled over like dog in heat and would not pursue any type of investigation. I think he was the latest sacrificial lamb for the RINOs. So it was go away and don’t make a stink for other RINOs that Rove has under his wings.
They're using abortion and social issues to split the Republican candidate.
This forces to Republican to moderate ("Hey, I'm not a mean guy, I support some forms of abortion and I don't got anything against gays...I got gay friends!"), which will only alienate his base, and he'll never get the votes of liberals.
KC doesn't have a prayer. The birthplace of Washington is going blue along with all those defense jobs that TM will milk and spread among the Dem elites.
They do and mostly they have a media that is complicit. Never do you hear statements like the ones Terry McAuliffe made about “Never wanting another coal plant built” but any out of context statement no matter how old some how becomes current news over and over again when its a Republican.
No, Ken simply didn't realize he was facing someone who was backed to the hilt by the Dem version of a Mafia family. Ken tried to run a conventional, issues-oriented race and is losing.
Until Republicans realize that Dems are what the Japanese were in the 1940s and treat them as such, they're going to keep losing elections.
That is what I meant be an “above board” race. Ken has run the race with the same discipline as McDonnell the difference is exactly as you point out. The Democrats will say and do anything and they have the ability to leverage money resources which I wouldn’t be surprised to find are illegal. All is not lost yet. Terry is Terry and the problem he faces is his own voters don’t like him and the black vote isn’t coming out for him. Its the women’s vote I worry about the most.
So, having the “Butcher of Benghazi” on your side is considered an asset? Who knew?
It may very well backfire the problem is that almost anyone once they leave Washington DC gets an immediate popularity boost. The GOP are making a huge mistake by not working harder to torpedo Clinton now. Beghazi was a perfect opportunity to wound that and possible slay that dragon.
