No way to run a health exchange
Los Angeles Times ^ | October 20, 2013 | Editorial

The website problems of the new federally run health insurance exchanges could do more damage than opponents of Obamacare have.

It's hard to gauge how consumers have been affected by the problems at HealthCare.gov because no enrollment data have been released yet. Regardless of the political consequences, the administration owes it to the public to be forthcoming about the site's performance, its problems and the progress toward solving them. The exchanges are crucial to the success of healthcare reform, and it would be tragic if they were derailed by the troubled online rollout.

The idiots at the LAT think the white hut will be "forthcoming" about this train wreck. Benghazi. IRS. Fast and Furious. Idiots.

This was so predictable. Funny that the media isn’t calling for an end to obamacare, but simply “let’s fix the websites”. That’s like giving a terminal cancer patient an enema.

The people that devised this system are clearly not the same caliber of people that took us to the moon.

They are truly dreaming if they believe anything will be “forthcoming” from the group of socialists in the WH.

I don’t want the Republicans in Congress to agree to a single “fix” - no delays in implementation, no repeal of the excise tax on medical equipment, no exemptions of any type. Let the Dems and their big labor supporters suffer through it, they shoved it down our throats, didn’t even really understand it or what it entailed other than a government takeover of the health industry and didn’t want it to apply to themselves, of course. let them stew in their own juices, so to speak, as the litany of horrors continues to unroll and magnify.

The lefties at LAT lead with a tell. They fear the "damage" to the takeover.

When the exchanges started signing up customers on Oct. 1, however, their websites buckled, unable to handle the unexpectedly large amount of traffic.

Unexpectedly.

The trains were full of people who said that if Joe Stalin knew about the Gulag and the horrible human tragedy that it was, he would do something to stop it.

He knew. He was in charge of it.

Obamacare is nothing more than a trillion dollar slush fund for WH insiders and cronies.

INCONVENIENT FACTOID one story surfaced last week that the same crew that got the $634 million contract for the DOA ObamaCare website were former data/media/social media suckups from the Obama campaign.

INCONVENIENT FACTOID Includes suckup Toni Townes-Whitley, Senior Vice President at CGI Federal for Civilian Agency programs, Princeton Class of 1985---same dumbed-down class as Michelle Obama. Both are members of Association of Black Princeton Alumni.

============================================

(Sniffle) I'm just afraid O's pal---good ol' Chicago Val---- got Carpel-Tunnel Syndrome setting up all those offshore accounts for the Obamatoids......all of 'em salivating over the hundreds of millions of O/care dollars they thought would be pouring in (sob).

Golly, gee. I hope Mrs O did not have to cancel her order for new diamonds---(gasp) she might actually be forced to wear her old diamonds (wipes away tears).

Mrs O wore her pricey diamond bangles (bought on a govt salary?) at a Texas DNC fund-raiser, attended by "tolerant and compassionate" Dems....raising big bucks to keep Mr O in office so he could work for "the poor."

Mrs O's diamond Gothic cuff was priced at $15,350 set with 2.17 carats in diamonds and the Quatrefoil bracelet at $11,800 set with 1.73 carats in diamonds. (Excerpt) Read more at houston.culturemap.com.

<><> “The plan that Congress is considering will provide health insurance to millions of Americans who don’t have it and control costs for millions more who do.” — Teamsters President Jimmy Hoffa, calling for Congress to pass ObamaCare, March 16, 2010

<><> “Right now, unless you and the Obama administration enact an equitable fix, the ACA will shatter not only our hard-earned health benefits, but destroy the foundation of the 40-hour work week that is the backbone of the American middle class.”— Hoffa in a July 2013 letter to Sen. Harry Reid and Rep. Nancy Pelosi, the top Senate and House Democrats.

Those idiots are clearly delusional if they think this administration owes the people anything.

Idiots indeed Obamacare has nothing to do with health it’s just another way to drain money from the public because the dems can’t increase taxes now expect the amnesty program to do the same thing more programs to ensue.

They're not even in the same league as the people who gave us Ebay. I read they didn't even start QA until a week before go-live. I am doing QA for a system that won't go live until this time next year.
