The reason why Saudis are getting away with all of these crap is obvious.
Saddam (the enemy of Saudis) was punished for 9/11 because Saudis (who really did 9/11) has bought half of DC and major oil companies are interested in good ties with them. For that reason DC is pushing pro-muzzie international policies, academics are paid for pro-muzzie studies and media pushes it to unwashed masses.

There are zero Saudi influence in Moscow and Moscow really interested to hurt both Saudi oil and US oil companies so it is not really smart for Arabs to mess around.

Putin blames his own home-grown terrorism on the USA because he can't admit that he is incompetent and unable to defend his people. Instead of dealing with the islamic plague infesting Russia he launched a genocidal ethnic cleansing massacre against Orthodox Christian Georgia. The only country Putin's Nazi Russia has ever attacked is a Christian country. He has never attacked any muslim countries anywhere, instead he gives nuclear reactors and enriched uranium to the ayatollahs. Putin should do the world a favor and kill himself.
