I don’t know whether this applies here or not, but sending gasoline to forward operating bases is really expensive, because they need air support and snipers and road inspections and whatnot to protect the convoy bringing it.

Sounds about right for fuel delivery in an Islamic controlled combat zone. I’d charge even more.
USAID one of the biggest enablers of Free Trade Communism. Most of its funding goes to companies to take businesses out of America and put them in other countries
I can understand that, but a tanker holds how many gallons? I think this was a contractor for the building of the hospital. Does it cost us $500 a gallon to supply the boots?
