My step daughter is a computer geek, and she could do this in her sleep. She installs, cleans up, fixes anything from computers to servers. And she is willing to tell you which free programs work and how good they are as she has already beta tested them herself. She tries to save her customer’s money not extort them. So why was she hired by the Obama Administration to create a government website? Didn't anyone look at her track record before assigning her this task?
Incompetence is a job requirement for this Regime all the way to the top along with a disdain for the country and We The People. Of course, that requirement applies to other branches of the government as well; you know the names now by heart. More are showing their arrogance and disdain by the hour. Take names and clean the sewer in 2014 and 2016. Finish the job thereafter as warranted.
