Long-running game show Jeopardy! alluded to President Barack Obamas liberalism by featuring a Farther left than Barack Obama category during the Double Jeopardy round of Wednesday nights show.
The premise was simple enough: When a contestant chose an answer in the category, Alex Trebek showed them a photo of Obama with a national or international political leader standing stage left to them, and the contestant had to name the politician (in question form, of course).
I think Congress has more than a few Democrats who qualify. Hell, both Reid and Pelosi probably are on at least a few fiscal and social issues.
I bet they got some letters about that one. lol
I foresee an IRS audit in Alex’s future.
( but barely )
Rick Perry, Benjamin Netanyahu and David Cameron farther left than Obama?
It was funny as heck! And what was great was that all of them were pretty conservative, just one example - Rick Perry.
I’ll take Adolf Hitler for $1,600.
We'll see how long it lasts. Been pulled a few times.
Ok that’s funny right there
Who is Vladimir Ilyich Lenin?
What the jerks did was show pictures of Dear Leader with various politicians to Obama’s right/the viewer's left. Each political figure would generally be considered on the right side of the political spectrum.
The categories seem to increasingly include leftist propaganda over the past year or so. Global warming, for example, seems to creep in a lot. Most nauseating of all, though, are the clues delivered by Bill Clinton or one of the Obamas.I despise Trebek.
In high school communism class in the 60’s, the teacher asked on a test “what was Lenin’s first name? Most popular answer was John.
LOL, My post got pulled, but yours didn’t.
That’s the episode I was thinking of.
NAGGERS, right, what was I thinking?
Anybody know a way to watch Jeopardy online?
