I’m in a mobile travel trailer on property and just an hour ago we rigged heat to the SOB......mid 40’s at nite and my down yonders froze ............. solid

we got a dish sat set up w/ duct tape...I’m not kiddin
and of course I had no clue my handle or password

Only 24°F until the sun came-up, and then a "balmy" 50°F, with the Lake Effect Snow & Cold. I ran into light flurries just before noon in Southern York County, on some errands and stops at orchards to visit friend/owners and give some advice and instruction for pruning and chemicals applications. Soon time to break out my Indy Jones Fedora, USAF Parka, and 14" LLBean Maine Hunting Boots.

I have to make about 6 “laps” each day, walking from my building on campus to other buikldings on campus...and
the walk is along the Mississippi river..and the wind whipping off that river is bone chilling, and it isnt winter yet! Hell, even the geese are shivering ;-) LOL
I love Autumn so much, I just want it to last a bit longer....but...winter....and increasing tyrany from the Obammy camp, are going to come soon, whether I like it or not...sooooooooooooooo As they say.........time to “Suck it up and drive on!”
