If computer glitches are not enough of a problem, President Obama's healthcare law also has a legal glitch that critics say could cause it to unravel in more than half the nation.
Critics of Obama's healthcare plan are suing over a part of the law that offers tax credits through state exchanges. If they win, the program falls apart in 36 states.

But, okay, he didn't do it out of malice.
If only we could nominate a ‘moderate’ candidate...someone like a McCain or a Romney, we’d win for sure because it would attract lots more moderates! /s
I like your posts, Oldeconomybuyer.
It all depends on how you interpret “an exchange established by the state.”
That’s the exact words of the stupid law. Republicans are reading it at face value. “The State” meaning like, Virginia. Looking at each state as a separate entity.
Democrats are reading it like “the state”, like “the government.” As in “an exchange from the state” is “an exchange by mother government” and therefore the law applies, and they should get their tax credits.
If the Supreme Court (where it ends up) is honest, they will admit that law says what it says to people who can read.
Or they’ll read it like Democrats, and interpret “a state” as “the state”. Like states have no individual standing, and a state line is just a geographical marker. “
This thing is coming undone, people.
When the LA Slimes, NY Slimes, CNN, CBS News all start dumping on it...you know it’s in trouble.
They’re all flashing red warning signs to the Democrats.
Yeah...and he's about to introduce "immigration reform".....more astonishing and self-destructive work.

Here, let me type real slow so you can understand:
R - 20
I - 47
D - 30
Nominate all the conservatives you like. Piss of every single liberal and moderate. Then let me know how much better things get for you?
Being conservative and appealing to moderates isn’t mutually exclusive. Being hardline conservative and appealing to anyone but conservatives isn’t likely.
We can't let Obama's Press Corpse do our dirty work for us.
We know Republicans won't.
Stay on 'em, boys!
My point was that your math is irrelevant (and “moderates” do not equate to “independents”). It is the GOPe that continues to champion “moderates” as the primary target for campaigns. That is the teachings and strategy of Karl Rove (who in my opinion can drop of the face of the Earth straight into Hell at any time).
The so-called moderates aren’t interested in being convinced by conservatives. They vote (i) their emotions - how compassionate their view themselves and (ii) the market “pocket book” - redistribution that feeds their personal compassion/piety.
The best strategy is to get patriotic Americans back in a mood to vote. Moderates aren’t the target.
The “Reagan Democrats” weren’t “moderates”, they believed in a prosperous USA and Reagan delivered.
Why?, what exactly is wrong with our "health care" ? just curious
Like law matters to these people.
The only way to get rid of this monstrosity will come through the ballot box. Trusting this regime to obey a court order it won’t like is folly.
We need a breakdown for how many people are signing up for private insurance and how many people have signed up for medicade.
Oh, the absurdity of having a philosophical discussion about “Fast Times at Ridgemont High”...
Correction. We can’t win elections WITH moderates. Any compromise with communism is surrender.
“The best strategy is to get patriotic Americans back in a mood to vote. Moderates arent the target.”
The moderates I know have voted, and will vote Republican when it’s reasonable. Many didn’t vote Obama in 2012, they either voted 3rd party, or simply didn’t have a presidential selection on their ballot.
The patriotic Americans stepping forward is unlikely. We have about 3 generations of kids who have been indoctrinated to believe in all this Marxist crap.
There are two paths to take. One is to be hardline, hold to what’s near and dear, and don’t negotiate. Take no prisoners as you fade into irrelevance. It’s simple math.
The other is to tread water. Win the elections we can, draw in moderates, attempt to educate them, and make them see conservatism doesn’t mean starving kids, fouling the environment and making slaves of people. While winning those elections, if we don’t take back the schools, we’re doomed no matter what we do.
I’ve heard that they rigged up registered voting via this platform as well...so if you live in some state this month, and move over to another next month...it’d seem like you’d have to redo your health package, and possibly register to vote in yet another state. Seems like insurance fraud, voter fraud, and such...would go up drastically.
“Why?, what exactly is wrong with our “health care” ? just curious”
For me, nothing.
Cost especially and access secondarily. Remember many moderates buy into the healthcare as a right meme.
Sheeeyit. Discoursing on “Fast Times At Ridgemont High” is an intellectual smorgasbord compared to the world we live in.
Useful idiots is my best description.
The unspoken behavior amomgst the true Reds is that the "usefully idiots" are put up against the wall and shot right along side the conservative resistance. Just like Central America in the 1980s.
The R, I, and D ratios you keep posting are completely meaningless. For example, the I’s have grown and the R’s have shrunk because conservatives are leaving the R category by the droves. I would have thought you would have known that before spewing your ‘we need to be more moderate’ garbage.
Using your own words ‘let me type this real slow so you can understand’, let’s see how your formula works in the real world:
Obama - 365 electoral votes
McCain (moderate) - 173 electoral votes
Obama - 332 elector votes
Romney (moderate) - 206 electoral votes
You’ve had two moderates in a row get their collective doors blown off. I would suggest we try a different type of candidate next time around....maybe someone not quite as moderate.
Your friends aren’t moderates. They are socialists.
