BTW, Rep. Barton in a House hearing, yesterday, stated that HIPPA Federal Law is violated by the no privacy policy of The Mandatory Insurance Tax Federal Law commonly called Obama’care.’

If we are to continue to be a “Nation of Laws,” then this Legal conflict requires resolution by the SCOTUS.

It's been mentioned by phamacists that drug prices are suddenly increasing in cost by hundreds to thousands of percent. This is being done in order to force people who pay for their own care onto obamacare plans. Prescriptions for antibiotics, ointments, commonly used are going from $16 per hundred to $1,200 per hundred. That is unless they are negotiated drugs under obamacare's schedules.

This is highly illegal. It's racketering and price collusion.

Of course you'll be happy on obamacare if the alternative is $4,000 for a case of strep throat!
