Posted on 10/26/2013 5:30:20 PM PDT by SMGFan

Republican Steve Lonegan is blasting fellow party members for not giving him enough financial support in his failed Senate bid against Newark Mayor Cory Booker.

He continued, "The National Republican Senatorial Committee, whose job it is to elect Republicans, actually sent out an e mail that asked people to send money to the campaign," adding, "But they kept every penny. And now I’m left holding the bag."

This is why I never give anything to the GOPe umbrella organizations.

I send it straight to the candidate.

The RINO’s will still demand we donate and support their candidates as they fight against our guys tooth and nail. They will even pretend we are somehow on the same team. lol.

$500,000 to get 80 voters to switch, while they campaign against conservatives.

And, yes, they will demand our vote to “stop Democrats” in the 2014 races.

Me too!!

I totally agree this is the way to help candidates ... especially those that have the same beliefs that I have.

State candidates always matter but so do National ones now!

So who in their right mind are still giving money to the RNC or any of the “umbrella” GOP groups, rather than individual candidates? Is this where the really big money folks are sending their $$$$$$$ ?

The Republican party went to Hell when they stonewalled Sarah Palin out of the 2012 convention.

And they love that money so much they’ll even run fake Tea Party candidates to get it (e.g. Marco Rubio).

Where did the money go?

I don't want to be a "republican" anymore...I'll always vote for them, but just am sick of their elitist leaders....

and yes...money to the candidates only.....consider Cuccinelli folks....

These are the same criminals to the US Constitution
that imposed ObamaCARE/RomneyCARE.

Notice the words “AND CONSERVATIVES”

from the article:

“”It’s been just over a week since the campaign has ended and bills keep coming in, but all the help I was supposed to get from conservatives and Republicans across the country hasn’t.”

Distorting the truth aren’t you ?

The real quote is

“The RNC, Team Christie and the state Republicans have reached out to 30 percent of the state’s Hispanic electorate — that’s 190,000 people, according to Santa.

In Jersey City today, 80 Hispanic voters will collectively shed their Democratic voter affiliation and register Republican, the RNC said.”

No one imposed Obamacare on the USA or Romneycare on Massachusetts.

The people went to the polls and the democrats won.

Smart move. The NRCC will use that money to help Linseed and McConnell win their primaries.

Not sure what planet you are from but
1. NO CITIZEN OUTSIDE OF CONGRESS
VOTED ON OBAMACARE/ROMNEYCARE

2. NO CITIZEN VOTED ON ROMNEYCARE which Mitt Romney
imposed by his hand in Mass., just like gay marriage.

Romney is the cause of BOTH socialized medicine
and the end of conventional marriage on the way to polygamy.

We the people vote to elect the president and congress.

The people vote in 2008 and the elected voted in Obamacare.

The people got what they wanted and the majority wanted Obamacare in 2008 and they want gay marriage in 2012.

Blaming romney or the republicans is stupid.

Wake up.
RomneyCARE was instituted by Romney.
In 2008, Romney attacked Palin to help Obama.
In 2011, Romney attacked EVERY conservative thereafter
and gave up, like the carpetbagging coward he is.

And, no, the People did NOT vote on ObamaCARE,
any more than they “voted” (as you falsely state)
to arm al Qaeda or rack up debt as the Congress
gets rich.
