From the West Alabama Newsroom-- A suspected burglar is shot and killed by a homeowner -- when a Dallas County couple walks in on a break-in in progress at their house.
Sheriff Harris Huffman says it happened early Friday morning on the 900 block of Lowery Drive in the Pine Glen housing community.
The sheriff says the couple surprised two burglars when they came home and one of the burglars ran -- but the other was shot and killed.

Your guess is correct. The homeowner should have to face a grand jury and be told that he needs more range time as Nushawn got away.
