When a politician (or a politician's daughter) uses the term "masses", it gives you a good idea of how they look at us

Exactly. I'm shocked she didn't preface it with "unwashed"

Quote from article "We’re both frustrated with the idea that only the hyper-conservative wing of the party is going to represent the masses,”

In America that is suppose to happen when the masses choose hyper-conservatives. What we have now is the Communists leading the country to destruction, and, that was because the masses were lied to. When you put your faith in nothing of value you get nothing.

McLame is largely responsible for the state of the GOP.

"I’ve never heard him this depressed other than maybe after the ‘08 election," Meghan McCain said. "He’s so depressed, so down-trodden. The way he’s talking about it, he's never seen it this bad in his 30-plus years in office."

Clearly, Senator, your immediate resignation is the answer.

McCain just came out to say he is a “Reagan Republican.”

The best immediate response that that is “He really must like (pornographic) actress Faye Reagan.”

But she says she has no intentions of ever trying to fill her father's shoes or run for any public office.

"Women have to give up so much to run for office, which maybe makes me a hypocrite, because I think more women should be in office," McCain said. "I always say, I want more tattoos and I don’t plan on getting married anytime soon so I think those two things might automatically make me not eligible for running for office."

The great news here is that she plans to never run for public office. The bad news is that the commie lib media still runs to her as some sort of opinion-maker on GOP youth.

Meghan, who describes herself as a liberal Republican...

If Meghan and her father joined Democrats (formally) they would discover they 'fit'.

McCain and Meghan would also discover there are NO MAVERICKS allowed on the dem side.

The press never quotes a dem who trashes dems. So if McCain pulled the same routine over there that he has with us, he'd be an outcast... same with his daughter who can't trash us enough.

Time for the McCain’s to stop the BS and join the Democrat Party.

And that is exactly what will happen if the Republicans manage to get 51 seats in the Senate.

He is the Hanoi version of the Manchurian Candidate. He is their mole destroying the Republican Party.

As far as his daughter goes she seems to be doing fine she has a new book out and is trying to let her democrat friends know she is with them all the way..I know about the book she was on one of the shows I watch.

- I cannot find it - but there is a YouTube Video of a very polite Maria Shriver (journalist) attempting to ask an extremely nasty Senator John McCain a question backstage at some event that I cannot recall

- McCain displays his insane screaming anger not realizing he was being video recorded

- Perhaps one of you good Freepers could find and post it here on FR - Thanks!

I thought he was a maverick.

He was a maverick when it suited him to be so.

Now he's (in his own mind anyways) an "Elder Statesman". Which means he has no tolerance for the current generation of mavericks (pesky/meddling kids like Cruz, Paul, Lee).

The truth is, if he really wants someone to blame for his depression, he doesn't have to look further than the closest mirror. He shouldn't have run in 2008. Given that he did run, he should have waged as strong a campaign against Obama as he was willing to wage against his fellow Republicans. There have been a lot of reports that a month prior to the election he was raising questions with aides about whether he should really stand in the way of the first Black President. His refusal to engage on some key issues (Rev. Wright, Bill Ayres), and when he did finally choose to engage the lackluster way in which he did so, seems to confirm this. At the very least he could have done more damage to Obama before allowing the guy to claim the keys to the Executive Branch.

“She says she Wants more tattoos and to stay single and that must disqualify her to run for United States Senator”....

.......well Meghan, hmmmm, lets see, just off the top of my head your Dad
built a 3 decade career on LIES about his conduct as a POW, crashed about a hundred million worth of airplanes, lied about supporting REAL immigration control, supports arming Al Quada, is hated outside of Arizona by tens of millions of conservatives, has been an ambidextrous government paycheck grabber his entire life and LOVES BIG GOVERNMENT.

The only people dumber than you and your dad are the people of Arizona that continue to vote for him so all in all I would say that you, as a tattooed single woman could, like your dad, look forward to decades of being on the government dole as “the worthless US Senator from the once great state of Arizona!

I believe McCain has had personality problems for years. It would be easy to attribute such to his war tragedy but if you review his life especially his political life you can see a man driven by personal compulsions not entirely for the people who he conned into voting for him.

McCain wanted war with Syria.

He wanted to support al Quada affiliates.

He supports amnesty.

He votes for profligate spending beyond the nation’s means to repay.

He supports the opposition.

I merely want sound financial principles, an attention to our national security, an obedience to the Constitution, and free and fair elections - one person, one vote, one time.
I support finding the lawbreakers and prosecuting them, whatever their political affiliation. I support limited government which does not intrude on my private life. I want the right to make mistakes as I seek my path through life.

John McCain stands in the way of all of this, along with the current administration.

May his melancholia disable him and cause him to return to private life, where he can regain his happiness according to his own inner lights.
