In Obama’s case it was his mother. Cruz is eligible.

In Obama's case, his mother was under the age cut-off: his father's citizenship should have prevailed.

Trying to discuss the benefits of same sex 'marriage' is also settled on FR, and not tolerated.

Johnny, you're a smart guy. I think you're intentionally missing my point.

Advocating any liberal or destructive position on FR is a zotting offense. That's always been settled policy around here. Discussion of intolerable subjects has never been verboten, and I hope it never is.

John McCain didn’t have a Cuban father.

Well it’s not if it will become the defining issue of his candidacy.

It’s not a “pro-liberal subject”. It’s a factual subject, and it will haunt his campaign if he runs.

...I’m wondering what the issues are going to be in 2016.

How many abortions should be on the punch card before you get one free.

How many of your lovers you can marry at the same time.

Whether or not marrying your cat gives you a tax credit.

Where the 70% income tax should start (20k or 21k).

Honestly I’ll be stunned if we make it to 2016.

... he’s more patriotic American than 99% or better of all politicians currently serving or running ... fully qualified to run in all respects and I will support him to the hilt if he does.

You damn right!

I did everything I could to get him in his current position and will do everything I can to help him get to the top!

Ted is my man!

And no one may comment when the Left makes this issue front page news all day every day?

Don’t agree. And it isn’t about who has done more harm, it’s about the law.

“communication”? Is that what you call attacking Cruz? “Communication”? Typical liberal left-wing propaganda.

“Cruz is not clearly eligible “

To Hell he is not. You have nothing to back up that liberal assertion. You don’t have the right to claim another American is not an American.

Thanks. That’s what I keep trying to communicate. The Left will make this the only story. Shutting down debate here won’t stop them.

Most conservatives were convinced that SCOTUS would shoot down Osama Obama Care on basic Constitutional grounds. We were wrong. That's just one incident that can be used to support the claim that "Cruz is Conditionally qualified to be POTUS if SCOTUS,as populated when the case arrives at their door, says he is".IOW,*facts* mean nothing in this debate, just as they meant nothing during the the ObamaCare challenge.Nine terrorists in black robes...accountable to NOBODY...will decide.

She is wrong.

” Finally, the natural born citizenship clause is both an anomaly and an anachronism. The way in which the clause differentiates among United States citizens is contrary to the overall spirit of the Constitution; the risk that foreign nobility will infiltrate our government is long past”

The fact that there is “murkiness” and that Cruz for any reason can be tainted by it - that there can even be a conversation about it - is in of itself enough reason for him not to run.

They didn’t “explain” it because by its very definition it comes from God, not man. To define it would be the government usurping the powers of God.
