is without a rational basis . . .

That is black-robe code for: "I don't like the outcome of the legislative process."

Just imagine if we impeached and booted just a few of these a-holes per year.

Be assured that the same judge, if it came to him, would be just fine with the onerous dictates of the Unaffordable Careless Act and say it was A-OK.

The 20-week ban thing in the Texas abortion law has a clause that nullifies the law is someone sues to say they are being burdened by it.

Defenders of the law said it would stand up to a court test .

Well most of it would I guess.

Can we stop pretending that W Bush is a conservative?

I think that’s pretty obvious to me by now, I can’t speak for others.

I just hope we realize that Chris Christie and Jeb Bush are liberal RINO’s.

“the act’s admitting-privileges provision is without a rational basis and places a substantial obstacle in the path of a woman seeking an abortion of a nonviable fetus.”

OK, what about viable fetuses?

See the difference between the libs and the RINOs? If the libs don’t like a law - they never stop fighting against it. The Republicans throw their hands up in the air and proclaim, “its the law of the land,” then sliver away with their tails tucked between their spineless legs.

It doesn’t take much medical skill to kill people and even less to kill babies and children.

It’s really only a matter of time before leftists everywhere proclaim that the constitution gives them the right to drown 5 year olds in bathtubs. Maybe this is already happening.

>> “ Maybe this is already happening.” <<

.
Well, considering that the Canaanites used to cook them (babies) to death in a glowing hot bronze idol to celebrate Easter, I suppose that the drowning is rather mild...

Agree. The solution to stymie the appointment of anti-10th amendment judges is to repeal the 17th Amendment. There really is no other way.

YEP! This a-wipe was a Bush appointee.

Part of me can't wait for the "house-cleaning" to begin.

“Pro-infanticide judge Yeakel, appointed by George W Bush. Dammit, George.”

Stop worrying about what is old news. The REAL QUESTION NOW is will Governor Perry have the guts to stand up to this tyrant in black robes and implement the law anyway? If anyone attempts to stop him, have state law officers arrest them. Escort any federal jack boots that would dare defy a governor to the border with a warning to never return. To include federal judges.

Now that is what is called for IF something serious is going to stop this nonsense.

The Texas laws are reasonably. NO “physican” should be performing an abortion without the having immediate and local hospital rights.

I love the United States, but I am tired of the Federal Judiciary interfering with issues that reside in a State. Texas’ laws are theirs and do not violate the COTUS...except in a warped world view.

IF the people of Texas don’t like what was passed into law, they can vote the governor and the legislature out...this will not happened. So, a black robed tyrant puts himself above the elected representatives of the people.

This is a time for a governor to stand firm.

The other REAL question is, will Conservatives offer meaningful support?

As to how to offer that support, any suggestions will be considered.

“The other REAL question is, will Conservatives offer meaningful support?”

Where is the doggone “Tea Party”? IF THEY WOULD PUT 1/10th the effort into stopping abortion and the homosexual agenda as they do in “fiscal” concerns...the homosexuals would be back in the closet and legal abortions would cease.

That being said, I would financially support someone that ACTIVELY take the leadership in this issue? Ted Cruz...Rick Perry....c’mon guys.....less talk more walk! For that matter...where is Sarah Palin????

IF you want my vote for POTUS...this is a hot button issue to me. I also find it very troubling that it is getting so very little attention here on FR. Is FR just becoming a home for “fiscal conservatives” that are “social moderates”???
