Obama Didn’t Lie About ObamaCare, If You Exclude All His Lies

“I did not have sex with that health plan.”
The hot new liberal talking point about Obama’s “If you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan” lie is that it’s actually true of the plans you can keep, but not of the plans you can’t keep.
When Obama repeatedly said that, “If you like your plan, you can keep your plan”… he apparently meant only the “good” health care plans that he approves of, but not the bad ones.
Somehow this is interpreted to mean that Obama didn’t lie about ObamaCare, because he really told the truth about the plans you can keep and you wouldn’t want to keep the other plans anyway.
We’re getting into True Scotsman territory here where each new exception is grandfathered in while somehow pretending that the original statement is true. Obama didn’t lie about health care, because no True Scotsman counts the majority of health care plans as health care plans.
When Obama claimed that you can keep your health care plan, he only meant the health care plans that wouldn’t be affected by ObamaCare.
Bill Clinton at least only had the indecency to reinterpret the definition of sex. Barack Obama has reinterpreted the definition of healthcare plan. What is the meaning of sex? What is the meaning of health care plan?
Obama’s sex is a health care plan that he likes, but not one that he doesn’t like, and if you accuse him of lying, he’ll shake his finger at you and swear that he did not have sex with that health care plan.
