Obama 'gutting military' by purging generals
WND ^ | 10/30/2013 | F. Michael Maloof

President Obama this year alone has fired some nine generals and flag officers, on top of at least four similar dismissals during his first term, suggesting that a purge may be the real reason behind the removals, which are being described as cases of personal misbehavior.

Retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely, an outspoken critic of the Obama administration, claims it is part of Obama’s strategy to reduce U.S. standing worldwide.

“Obama is intentionally weakening and gutting our military, Pentagon and reducing us as a superpower, and anyone in the ranks who disagrees or speaks out is being purged,” he charged.

Duty personnel seem to back up this concern, suggesting that the firings are meant to send a message to “young officers down through the ranks” not to criticize the president or White House politics.

“They are purging everyone, and if you want to keep your job, just keep your mouth shut,” one source said.

Below is copied from Coasttocoastam show. The first hour this guy - who is into an incredible lot of things - told about something one has to really worry about - controlling people’s minds.

We can wonder whether military will obey orders to harm ordinary citizens. But he explained about how they have mind controls that will overcome a person’s natural will so that they will do whatever the ‘controllers’ want them to do.

I suggest all the purged generals speak out about what is really going on in the military (behind bullet-proof glass and with bodyguards of course)...

I used to think all these guys were just conspiracy nut jobs. Now I’’m not so sure anymore.

This might explain why so many people have gone bonkers hearing voices in their heads right before they pulled the trigger the past few years whil 0 has been in office.

I agree but at a secret location with a security detail capable of protecting them from illegal and unlawful intrusion.

Approaching 200 admirals and generals? Who are the other 190 or so?

That's just in the article. I remember hearing about a few over the last few years. I don't do Facebook, so I haven't looked at the Breitbart Facebook site that gives the information.

Everyone, after a few years on the job, has something in his record that the superiors can use to ‘get’ you if they so choose. Some little insubordination. Some words spoken while tipsy. If they want to fire you they will.

In this case the top guy is firing people who do not agree with him.

If only the American public would get its head out of its anal exit passageway and realize what’s happening.

This comment may seem far fetched, but I keep seeing “on purpose” in everything this admin is doing.

Thus, this purge of our best and brightest military officers is stunning .. as well as being a little frightening.

We have learned that these officers were ask, “... if there is a riot, will you fire on civilians ..?? If the officer said, “NO”, they were fired or asked to resign.

So, my conclusion as to the reason for this purge is to do several things: (1) continue the demoralization of our military; (2) continue the downgrade of our capability to defend ourselves; and (3) set up America to once again be in fear of an attack worse than 9/11.

And .. I can’t help but wonder if this admin is really hoping for another attack .. whereby they would be enabled to declare martial law. I’ve mentioned this possibility before, but since the officer purge, the sense that the end goal is martial law continues to bother me.

I know it’s hard for Americans to believe that our own President might be rooting for our demise. But, there is plenty of evidence to support the view that they are .. if you’re willing to look for and read the information available.

I was looking for lists, found this about 157 Majors nixed in 2011:

So, I looked at these so called lists. I have yet to find one with 197 names. The best that I was able to do was 158. That list only contained the names of 12 general officers/Admirals. Several of those names are complete bunk: wrong ocean, wrong offense, wrong circumstances. This whole storyline falls apart within about 10-15 minutes using a simple Google search.

But, instead we get a gang of commentors who haven’t read the articles, haven’t done any fact checking, don’t have any understanding or knowledge of what goes on every day. I seriously doubt that Obama, or anyone else it the White House was involved in a single one of these incidents, with the exception of Petreaus and McChrystal. These things just don’t happen that way. The political class doesn’t know who these people are, don’t care what they do, and are not involved when they need to be fired.

Obama is the worst President in recent memory, perhaps the worst ever. We have plenty of substantive things to use in our attack against Obama. This is not one of them.

From the article:

Retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely, an outspoken critic of the Obama administration, notes how the White House fails to take action or investigate its own officials but finds it easy to fire military commanders “who have given their lives for their country.” Vallely thinks he knows why this purge is happening.

I know Paul Vallely. He is doing this for entirely different reasons. This is all bunk. The White House is not firing these people, they are being fired by their chain of command for running their ship aground, having an affair with a subordinate’s wife, alcohol problems, integrity problems just as a small fraction of senior commanders have done for a very long time.

This is nonsense.

Paul Vallely doesn’t lie, he just misrepresents the things that he says,

Google him and you will find that the bios on Wikipedia, his web sites, etc. make it appear that he is a retired Army Major General. True, but not the entire story, He graduated from West Point in 1961 and served in Vietnam, but left the Army as a Major to pursue a civilian career. He rose through the ranks as a part time soldier in the Army Reserve to be a Major General. He doesn’t want his audience to know that about him, so its hard to find. Add Army Reserve to your search term and you will see the rest of the story.

He has every right to advocate his political views and to promote his business endeavors as an analyst and pundit. But, that doesn’t make him a military expert and he isn’t. He doesn’t have much more inside information that you do and he is not held in very high regard within the Army. He knows very little about the Navy. So, be careful where you get your information and be more critical of the information that comes your way. Have you even looked at the names on the list? Have you Googled them to find out what was reported at the time of their relief? Those reports paint a very different picture that the story that Paul Valleley is trying to peddle.

that is not all he is purging.

U.S. Air Force fires general overseeing nuclear missiles
http://www.reuters.com/article/2013/10/11/us-usa-nuclear-idUSBRE99A0KG20131011

Vice Adm. Tim Giardina Fired as No. 2 Nuclear Commander
http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/vice-adm-tim-giardina-fired-nuclear-commander/story?id=20524735

Plus, I remember two different stories of purging the key turners. He is either setting us up to not respond to an attack, or he is setting us up to attack someone (Israel?).

Regardless, it is disconcerting. If we survive Obama, the Republican should consider reinstating or at least reviewing all the officers and Secret Service personnel (phony prostitute scandal?) that have been discharged or demoted, and look at whether Obama’s appointees should be purged.

I also hope there is a massive purge at that Snake (State) Department.

Any evidence that Carey got fired for anything other than alcohol abuse? Any evidence that Giardina got fired for anything other than a gambling issue?

The problem with all of these tall tales is that people just make up nonsense and before long it takes on a life of its own. There are plenty of rumors of purges, but no evidence to back it up. But, that’s the great think about these conspiracy fantasies - they don’t need no stinkin’ evidence.
