The racial slur a Red Lobster waitress claimed to receive on a receipt in lieu of tip may have been a hoax, according to two separate handwriting analyses.
One handwriting analyst concluded that whoever wrote “none” on the tip line was not the same person who wrote the racial epithet. The second analyst believes the racist comment could have been written by the waitress herself.
Toni Christina Jenkins, a server at a Red Lobster in Franklin, Tennessee, posted a picture on her Facebook page of a receipt with the word “none” written in the area usually reserved for a tip.
Below that, the word “Nigger” was scrawled.
The receipt clearly showed the name of the customer, Devin Barnes, who is white. Jenkins, who is black, said that she was not aware that Barnes’ name was shown on the receipt and posted it online to make a point about racism, not to target Barnes.
“God Bless America, land of the free and home of the low class racists of Tennessee,” wrote Jenkins, a 19-year-old nursing student, on her Facebook page along with the picture.
But Barnes, 20, denied writing the derogatory word.
“I do not approve of the use of that type of talk, not now or ever,” wrote Barnes in a note shortly after the story went viral. As news spread locally and nationally, Barnes also says he received threats....

There have been reports of black people finding nooses, alleged to have been placed by racists. It turned out that the black people themselves planted the nooses, to gain sympathy.
There was the case of the 2 lesbians who painted anti-homosexual graffiti on their own garage dooor, to allegedly show what a bigoted community they lived in. It turned out that they had painted the graffiti themselves.
My BS meter goes off when I hear stories such as these.

I wouldn’t normally suggest this, but I’d say he has a case against Red Lobster as well. It was a Red Lobster Receipt, why was a waitress allowed to remove it from the restaurant and post it on Facebook?

She spent that money before you ever posted this thread. Typical of her type to come into money then blow it quickly. I knew a girl that got $40,000 and spent $25,000 on a Disneyworld trip for her and her friends. The rest was gone by buying a car she later totaled and did not have insurance for. $40 large, gone in less than 3 months.
And then there was the lesbian who cut herself, punched her eye, wrote some epithets on the walls, and lit herself and house on fire. Which was proven to be all her own doing.

Maybe not. What security measures does Red Lobster have in place? Are their credit card numbers subject to the same abuse?

Dayum! I once got back my contributions to a pension fund (about $30,000, after paying taxes TWICE on it) and lived almost 3 years on the proceeds and a straight commission job. I’m a cash car buyer since the 90’s but have never bought one with a lump sum type payment, just savings.

see, there have been many documented cases in which members of aggrieved minority groups allege bigotry, and it turns out they pulled off hoaxes themselves.
Why do they do this? Are they so beholden to the liberal theology that gays, ethnic minorities, etc. are so discriminated against, that they have to invent incidents of hateful bigotry, when these things don’t actually happen?
I guess I’m not liberal and don’t understand. But shouldn’t these minorities be happy to live in a country in which these incidents don’t actually happen? Aren’t they happy to live in a country in which blacks,homosexuals, and everyone, is so free to live their lives as they see fit?
Or are they liberal, and is making a political statement, even creating falsehoods, more important than anything else???
