"The president did not consider attending the game tonight," Earnest told reporters traveling on Air Force One. "As you know, the president is regularly mindful of the impact that his presence can have on the ability of other people to go about their lives, in this case to attend a World Series game. So, the president is not planning to attend and didnt really ever seriously consider attending."

We're not talking about the presidential election here, we're talking about conservatives in this state being stifled by gerrymandering. There are more of us than you may like, but that's your problem.
You may get a kick out of trashing an entire state, but there are many conservatives here, some, like me, who may be more of a conservative than you would hope.

Youo can bet if he thought there was a way to help himself politically by discovering there was a game called baseball, he would..........remember his disastrous first pitch?
Now you know why he didn't show.

I’m sorry that for some reason you can’t leave.
I can see why some folks stay in Cali, but Mass (like my ancestral home of Conn) has zero reason to stick around in my view. Expensive COL, high taxes, lousy weather, and infested by liberals.

I love this state. This is my home, and I am not going to be bullied by anyone into leaving it.

>> bold type mine...
"the president is regularly mindful of the impact that his presence can have on the ability of other people to go about their lives"
Yet the mindful one is negatively impacting all of our lives on a daily basis.

The boo-ing would have been epic.

Didn’t he go to Boston today to hype Obamacare? That seems real inappropriate when the Boston and state police have to be overwhelmed already keeping the city safe with the WS game.

The DropKick Murphys sang the anthem, which was wonderful, and then began “Shipping Off to Boston”, and the channel broke to a commercial! What a shame!

"As you know, the president is regularly mindful of the impact that his presence can have on the ability of other people to go about their lives... Yes indeed, he knows exactly the *impact* Obamacare has up "other people's" rear ends on a daily basis.
How long before the IRS tattoos an Obamacare icon on everyone's behind (or hand or forehead)?
