A controversial 600-plus page manual used by the military to train its Equal Opportunity officers teaches that "healthy, white, heterosexual, Christian" men hold an unfair advantage over other races, and warns in great detail about a so-called "White Male Club."
“Simply put, a healthy, white, heterosexual, Christian male receives many unearned advantages of social privilege, whereas a black, homosexual, atheist female in poor health receives many unearned disadvantages of social privilege,” reads a statement in the manual created by the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI).

“I’m participating in teaching things that are not true,” the instructor told me. He asked not to be identified because he feared reprisals.
“I should not be in a position to do that,” he said. “It violates Constitutional principles, but it also violates my conscience. And I’m not going to do it – not going to do it.”
DEOMI instructors were also responsible for briefings at bases around the country that falsely labeled evangelical Christians, Catholics and a number of high-profile Christian ministries as domestic hate groups.

When am I ever going to get to experience these so-called unfair advantages? I’m 56. I can’t wait forever.
They are never going to stop are they? When will we put or foot down and stop this purge of white Christians?. It is way overdue.
So the DoD is trying to say making bad decisions shouldn’t result in bad consequences?
White males specifically but whites in general, Western culture and Christianity, not necessarily in that order, are under attack.
They will not stop unless or until whites stand up as whites and say no...or not.

I got something similar in 1973-76. The classes fostered hatred rather than understanding.

Back in the late 60’s while working for a defense contractor, they were ordered by the Federal government to increase their hiring of blacks with criminal records.
I had to obtain a security clearance so given our president could not obtain one I can only conclude that the federal government does not need security clearances from blacks.
Yes, we do have an inherent advantage.
We’re smarter, we get up in the morning, and we work.
No problem. Just make up an entire unit of them, and send them to the next Korengal valley or Fallujah. Equal opportunity.
We had that in the Navy in 1973. They were called “Upwards” seminars. They set back race relations too.
The real agenda was to get even. It was about spite and revenge. They didn’t really want improved relations.
Why would you want to conceal them? That would be advisable if there were concrete plans to attack later, but failing that, it seems to me that the arms are useless unless you are willing to use them.

where to begin -as a vet of Air Force who remembers a squadron that did not have a healthy mix of NCO of every background? What about officers - geez 10 years ago the Head of Joint Chiefs was black - isn’t it the military that is truly the most integrated part of the work world?
