Obviously global warming is preventing people from signing up for ACA, since climate change (both warming, AND cooling, and in rare cases, stasis) caused the Benghazi terror attack which made the NSA step up its scrutiny of Americans. 0bama knew nothing of any of this. Instead, since he cares so much for ordinary Americans, he interrupted his golf game because the IRS found out that Americans were just making too much money. It wasn’t fair. So some very important people in 0bama’s inner circle needed to be made whole. It so happened that those people were involved in the solar and wind industries, who were also threatening to cancel their employees’ healthcare because on unconscionable premia increases by the evil insurance companies. It became a matter of policy to have those insurance companies write a new healthcare plan and eliminate this source of unfairness. 0bama and Valerie Jarret gave themselves Freedom Medals for their sheer brilliance. The end.
It inevitably will be up to US. through votes to put said adults in Washington or DIRECTLY as necessary.
