One of the "small" changes in O-care not being discussed is that the premium for Medicare is scheduled to go up to $247 per person next year. It was suppsed to have gone up more last year and this year than it did but I believe they held off because of the election, and may hold off again until the 2014 elections are over.This premium will come out of the SS checks for elderly who are barely making it as it is.
