Skip to comments.Clinton all the rage among Dems (Next enemy socialist on the horizon)
Posted on 11/06/2013 7:51:54 AM PST by AngelesCrestHighway
Suddenly, congressional Democrats are catching Hillary Clinton fever.
Its still three years until the next presidential election, but already her endorsements from party leaders are piling up.
Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) delivered a speech in Iowa over the weekend urging Clinton to run in 2016, and other Democrats are touting her potential candidacy.
Democratic strategists say it makes sense for lawmakers to line up behind Clinton even before shes announced her candidacy because she is virtually assured of winning the partys nomination.
Start bringing back American jobs.
Just saying. What are you going to run on?...
Fricking Hilary would beat donut boy Christie. We need a no holds barred Ted Cruz to smack down Thunder Thighs!
Can I ask a stupid question?
Hillary was considered inevitable at this point in the 2008 election cycle. She was the front runner, it was her nomination to lose, etc.
Yet, Hillary did not win the Democrat nomination in 2008.
If Hillary was inevitable once before and was taken down, why does everyone say that she is inevitable for 2016?
And, remember that at this point in the run up to the 2008 election cycle, Barack Obama was still unknown to most Americans.
Could there be others who are plotting to take down the Clintons in 2016? Who we don’t know of yet???
Hillary will be formidable, no question. I just question all this talk of her being inevitable. We’ve played this scene before, and Ms. Pantsuit was defeated during her coronation campaign. It could happen again.
And I repeat what I said, to Ted Cruz.
Bring back American jobs. NOW.
Could be a diplomatic way of saying they’re getting ready to throw Obama under the bus...
They were so in live with Hellary in 2008 until the Fraud bamboozler came along. I say its just puppy love with these disturbed Rats until another lover emerges.
1) Obamacare disaster (should be enough but many Americans are idiots)
2) as you say, jobs
3) A better business climate for American Companies to come home and stay.
4) Defund the EPA
5) No new taxes
6) Rebuild the military
Just a few which I know libtards hate...
Can’t you just see a Hitlary-MacAwful ticket in 2016?
I am at a loss here.
This women is a friggin criminal. She is responsible for the deaths of Americans. Her term as SoC was nothing short of a disaster.
The Democrats are so absent of any sense of morality and decency that they would want her as President??
America truly is already gone..........
Obama has struck an LBJ note with this country divided. ‘I’ll have the sheeple voting Democrat for the next 200yrs’.
So far, it’s working. He’s successfully turned half the country into beggars.
The tide has turned against Obama and the Dems want to make sure they put the first woman president in the White House. The fix is in.
We need to show up at every one of her events to chant
Your next president folks. Leave it to the Stupid Party to enable it.
Hillary will have either DeVal Patrick (Baraq Jr)
or Cory Booker (Baraq III)
So, that first woman president has to be a divisive figure such as Hillary Clinton????
We do not have the "freedom of individual enterprise" protections which existed for the first 200 years, when American freedom, opportunity, creativity, and enterprise resulted in an explosion of goods, services, and plenty.
What we don't seem to understand is that no one elected official can "bring back" anything close to what we once had, because the rich soil of freedom in which jobs sprout, grow, and thrive has been poisoned with the toxin of coercive and oppressive government intervention.
The Founders understood that what Adam Smith called ". . . the Wealth of Nations" thrives best in the soil of liberty!
She may be to late to the party of liberalism leadership. Hopefully by then America will have had enough radical left insanity to last a 100 years. I think Obongo and his disasters is laying waste to ANY democrats chances. I never rule out the voting dead though when it comes to electing a democrat.
Just like the first black president...Can we handle more of this crap?
Exactly...the liberals open the door to this insanity and discover there is no “socialism light”. Whack left radicalism is very dangerous. Obama should never have gotten within 20 miles of the White House. Vote for Obama because he’s the first black?...PLEASE!!! If he buries the country in debt, government control and joblessness what the hell good is he being black?
but, as we saw in 2008, it isn’t just Hillary, it’s the Clintons together. Bill took over her struggling campaign in 2008 and it was as if he was running for his 3rd term.
If you vote for Hillary, you are voting for the Clintons together. 2 for 1 deal and all that.
Anything to stay in power (and in the money).
Simple. Clinton goes NOWHERE without people yelling “ what difference does it make” and “BENGHAZI”.
Play as dirty as the Dhimmis.
I’m hoping the stench of Obama’s healthcare debacle will remain on Hillary.
Yes. They want anyone who they think can win. As far as political philosophy, morality, and decency are concerned, they would have no problem with her hideous agenda or her ethics, both of which they share.
Yes are so on the mark. Those two are aligned in their crookedness, money shuffling, knowledge of FBI files, and buried body count.
I see it very clearly. It's a Demonrat dream ticket and a nightmare for America.
She can run but she will slip on the blood of Benghazi.
I share your hopes but for over half of America it's just what they want so little chance of a change.
Washington is not the answer.
Yes, and they will be just as bad as 0bama or Hillary. We need to fight against the ideology not the personality. Half of the people have bought into Progressivism and that is what is killing this country. Progressive = communist and we have to prove that that is true and show how it is self-destructive.
I think the powers that be realized that being able to call all opposition racist was more powerful than calling all opposition misogynist.
A calculated decision was made to ensure that things like taking over 1/6 of the US GDP could be accomplished.
I think Hillary stepped aside for the good of the cause. The Clintons did not fight dirty for the first time in their political careers - something was driving that change in behavior.
agreed.. makes little difference on our side who we run. the MSM will spin them as crazy (Cruz), or a bully pig (Christie)... Rand Paul (thief AND crazy), etc...
they will crucify them.
Hillary will come out smelling so freaking moderate to the low information crowd... so reasonable...
and that low information, they don’t follow politics, they follow Angry Housewives, zombies...etc... there is enough of them 48 to 50 % of this country, to make it impossible for us... still we fight on, because we must.
Am I the only one who thinks Hillary is a shoe-in?
Yes, it is key that we fight on, getting the truth out there in spite of the MSM spin. Obama has created a real community, the only job qualification that got him where he is. I know Dems who do the work 24/7, year round. Always promoting the talking points, sending out emails, door to door visits; you know, now the Navigators. Michelle’s connections cover Obamacare; Valerie manages the rest with her team. While Obama plays golf and gives facetime to the media.
I would like to see Biden run in the primaries against Hillary. He knows all of the inside stuff that went on while she was Secretary of State, and would not hesitate to bring up the dirt on Hillary and play as dirty as he has to against her. She may still get the nomination, but Biden could inflict a lot of damage along the way.
Connect the Chick with continuing Obama’s policies plus all the lies she spewed in a continuous loop then ridicule anyone who would be stupid and suicidal enough to vote for Clinton.
The vagina identity will be strong with the hyper-emotional novelty voters, but if you can get enough of the electorate to actually think in key States the Repubs could garner over 270 EVs.
However, Obama had so much material in 2012, but the Repubs were too incompetent and scared (Seemed to be) to pound on the reprobate.
They want to get the spotlight off Obama and this is the way to do it.
If the neo-communists want a win after the total b***-******g little bammy delivered to the American Citizens during his "rule" over them they must start putting the responsibility for little bammy's crap... on little bammy.
I don't see that happening successfully with Clinton.
She was part of little bammy's biggest screwup (thats saying a lot) and will not ever get out from underneath it.
It will happen. I checked this morning and found that www.ClintonMcAuliffe.com is already purchased.
Christie still has time to legally change parties.
“If Hillary was inevitable once before and was taken down, why does everyone say that she is inevitable for 2016?”
She’s all they have. Look on the bright side ... she represents the end of the 1960s one way or the other. I just hope the 1960s end on election night 2016.
Overall, I don’t think she can win. I am well aware of all of America’s problems with the electorate right now ... I still don’t think she can win. People literally cringe when they hear her voice. While this nation, sadly, has a relatively large share of hardcore socialists, I don’t think they’ll turn out like they did for Obama.
She would have won in 2008, but it would have been a 2000-like election. When they’d say “Any D” is going to win the Presidency in 2008, that literally could have been any Democratic politician after Bush. Assuming things would have been the same from 2008-2012, I think she would have lost in 2012. She simply isn’t wired like Obama and his PR machine are wired.
I think she’d get beaten soundly in 2016 even with media hype. I don’t think she will run. They’re promoting the heck out of her right now since she’s the only big ticket name they have. She will not run if she doesn’t think she has a 100% shot at the Presidency. That’s going to leave the Dems with a Dukakis or Mondale like candidate in 2016.
This is all my opinion obviously ... I’ve been wrong before. I don’t think I’m wrong this time. I just hope we don’t blow that opportunity in 2016 with a certain NJ Governor.
Don’t lose hope FR ... things are looking up these next couple of years despite the current regime :-). If the weaklings can grow a pair next year and make a joke out of this “War on Women” mantra of the retarded, we can clean house in 2014 and really take it to the looney left in 2016!!! :-)
“makes little difference on our side who we run. the MSM will spin them as crazy (Cruz), or a bully pig (Christie)... Rand Paul (thief AND crazy), etc... they will crucify them.”
As a Not-so-well-informed person told me this morning:
“ Republicans would be well served to:
back off on gerrymandering states to claw power,
purge the Dominionists and evangelicals from among them,
cease with the voting restrictions,
talk of banning birth control,
get on board with gay equal rights,
and embrace science.
Then sane people might vote for them again. I for one miss sane republicans. The Tea Party needs to be run out on a rail if they want to win again. Their philosophical positions are not suitable for the modern world.”
Now where would this otherwise intelligent person be getting all of these memes? The battle is pretty much over folks, and America has lost.
We probably won’t live to see the full effects of what is coming, but we owe our children an apology for wrecking their future, by our inaction until it was too late.
