Dramatic new footage has been released of the moment a Greenpeace ship was raided by the Russian authorities following a protest against oil drilling in the Arctic.
The footage, shot on 19 September, shows a Russian helicopter hovering over the deck of Greenpeace's Arctic Sunrise.
Armed men drop on to the deck, while members of the Greenpeace crew are seen with their hands in the air.
The footage also shows the ship being towed towards Murmansk, where the 30 people on board were taken ashore and arrested.
The families of all six UK nationals being held by the Russian authorities following the arrests will meet a government minister for the first time on Monday. The meeting will be with foreign minister David Lidington, minister of state for Europe.
Prime minister David Cameron has called the charges "excessive" and urged president Vladimir Putin to make sure those being held can come home.

Should of been a LOT more shooting. Is Spetznaz being wussified, too? No need to dick around with Cameron or families. “Vas EEst Arctic Sunrise? Das hunka junk at bottom of sea? Why you put it dere?”
+1 for the Russians.
I think the last scene in the video tells the story. A pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.
Boy they really suck at fast rope...
I’d keep them in the clink for at least 6 months. Enough to thoroughly disrupt their lives, so they will think next time before doing the same thing. If any of them are caught a second time, I’d put them away for 3 years. Tough love time for these greenie idiots.
Who pays these Greenpeace azzholes in the first place?
Don’t they have lives? Family? who supports them?
The headline says the ship was stormed. Wasn’t much of a storm, more like some Russians slowly sliding down a rope onto the deck.
Looked like while two Russians were dealing with ropes and just getting on-board, these greenpeacers were trying to get their own footage while they were mostly in the way of the Russians. They had their hands up and were getting too close to the Russians just getting on board.
It was a bit too quick, but looked like later some guy was trying to block the wheelhouse, and a Russian bumped him aside.
Boy! I just hate it when I have to root for the Ruskies.
IMO, they did this way to avoid hurting one of the hippies.
The french took car of them in auckland on 10 July 1985
The sinking of the Rainbow Warrior, codenamed Opération Satanique, was an operation by the “action” branch of the French foreign intelligence services, the Direction Générale de la Sécurité Extérieure (DGSE), carried out on 10 July 1985. During the operation, two operatives sank the flagship of the Greenpeace fleet, the Rainbow Warrior in the port of Auckland, New Zealand. The French government wanted to prevent the ship from interfering with a planned nuclear test in Moruroa. They sank it near Matauri bay been there it’s a beautiful place for a ship to die.

A man working at a Greenpeace workshop in Auckland has been taken to hospital with severe burns after sparks from an angle grinder caused fuel to explode on a boat he was working on today.
The man, understood to be a contractor, was working on the rigid-hull inflatable boat at a workshop in the Greenpeace offices in Mt Eden, central Auckland, when residual fuel at the bottom of the vessel ignited and exploded on him, Gary Lane, senior station officer at Auckland Central Fire Station, told NZPA.
